The storefront hacienda design impedes expansion and making it too difficult for quick expansion. CMG can open anywhere because it isn't the store design it's the food! CMG can open a store five blocks away from another one and pack both. LOCO should be opening more stores that have less cost structure built into the buildings and land.
If you don't own it, don't buy it ! Management is terrible and pps is going nowhere until they show growth.
XCO said the same basic thing as PWE and recovered today from 53 up to 74. I think higher oil will help and the banks will work with PWE rather than deal with a forced liquidation.
Oil price are moving higher and this should help going forward. Do you think the banks want to deal with liquidating the company when it is possible to turn it around with higher oil prices?
Should have sold at 1.42 with a profit. Should be easy less to learn to take profits but it appears it isn't as easy for me.
Just read a seeking alpha article that states Ross has 900 million shares. If that is correct bankrupting the company and then swiping debt for new equity may not be the best situation. It may be better to find another option and oil and hopefully gas are now turning higher.
Oil is moving higher and I doubt the banks want to force a BK at this put and eat huge losses when they market may be finally turning upward.
Believe me Wilder will come out smelling like a Rose even if he loses the 23 million!
23 million is peanuts if Ross and his buddies swap debt for equity and include Wilder in the package somehow.
With no immediate debt payment till 2018 I think this move appears to be leading to a takeover and screwing of existing shareholders.
It is precisely what you're saying that makes it so ominous! There doesn't seem a real need to do anything right now. Unless of course, Ross and his buddies want to swap their debt for equity and wipe out current shareholders just as energy prices rebound later this year and next. Perhaps, CNBC and Bloomberg should interview the three amigos to as their intentions concerning existing shareholders.
