Boston Bombers’ Uncle Tied To CIA
An investigative report from Daniel Hopsicker reveals murky dealings that indicate a connection between Boston Bomber’s Uncle Ruslan Tsanir and the CIA.
The report reveals that the bomber’s Uncle, made famous for his outspoken condemnation of his nephew’s which aired repeatedly on international news networks, is a well-connected oil executive who at one point worked for a Halliburton shell company used as a front to obtain oil contracts from the Kasakh State which is not involved in an investigation for laundering $6 billion.
Tsanir’s company was well known as being on the CIA’s payroll for reporting intelligence out of the country and further raising eyebrows is the fact the Tsnanir was also receiving money directly from USAID, a U.S. taxpayer foreign aid fund notoriously known for funding global CIA black operations which operate under the flag of various humanitarian and pro-democracy operations.
"Ruslan Tsarni married the daughter of former top CIA official Graham Fuller, who spent 20 years as operations officer in Turkey, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Afghanistan, and Hong Kong. In 1982 Fuller was appointed the National Intelligence Officer for Near East and South Asia at the CIA, and in 1986, under Ronald Reagan, he became the Vice-Chairman of the National Intelligence Council, with overall responsibility for national level strategic forecasting.
At the time of their marriage, Ruslan Tsarni was known as Ruslan Tsarnaev, the same last name as his nephews Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the alleged bombers.
It is unknown when he changed his last name to Tsarni."
Boston bombers’ uncle married daughter of top CIA official
Posted on April 26, 2013 by Daniel Hopsicker
The uncle of the two suspected Boston bombers in last week’s attack, Ruslan Tsarni, was married to the daughter of former top CIA official Graham Fuller
The discovery that Uncle Ruslan Tsarni had spy connections that go far deeper than had been previously known is ironic, especially since the mainstrean media's focus yesterday was on a feverish search to find who might have recruited the Tsarnaev brothers.
The chief suspect was a red-haired Armenian exorcist. They were fingering a suspect who may not, in fact, even exist.
The real question is WHO were behind Boston bombing on April 15, 2013 and WHY IMMEDIATELY after that event the OIL price JUMPPED to near $100???? Since April 15, 2013 the GAS price in the USA gone up without any reason? casp321
Why IRS investigation is already Obama's Watergate – and Benghazi, too
Since Watergate, every two-term president has had a second-term scandal. First-term mistakes and hyperpartisanship make probes – like those into Benghazi and the IRS – almost inevitable.
By Mark Sappenfield | Christian Science Monitor – 2 hrs 24 mins ago
Will Benghazi become President Obama's Watergate? Or perhaps the IRS scandal?
In a sense, they already have.
Watergate, of course, has become political parlance for any scandal that takes down a president. But it was also something that has become much more mundane – something that has hit every two-term president since. It was a second-term scandal.

One in four in David Cameron's Business Advisory Group avoids tax
By Alex Hawkes
28 April 2012
When David Cameron suggested he would shun anyone involved in ‘aggressive tax avoidance’, he probably didn’t realise how many people he might have to strike off his Christmas card list.
Financial Mail can reveal that more than a quarter of the Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Group have some link with tax avoidance.
"Sources close to Mr Cameron have suggested that any decision by Mr Schmidt to ditch Downing St in favour of his own company’s global summit will not go down well, given the background noise in Whitehall over Google’s tax bill. Mr Schmidt is also due to attend the Hay book festival next week, although his BBC pull-out now puts that in doubt."

The internet giant Google has thrown a veil of corporate secrecy around its billionaire executive chairman, putting in doubt his scheduled attendance at a meeting in Downing St tomorrow with the Prime Minister.
Eric Schmidt, a member of the elite group of global company leaders on David Cameron’s Business Advisory Group, has effectively gone to ground after Google was mauled by a Commons committee last week over how little it paid in tax despite generating billions in annual revenue.
No 10 does not know whether Mr Schmidt will attend the meeting of 16 business leaders, which includes Sir James Dyson, the founder of Dyson, Ratan Tata from the Indian company Tata, and #$%$ Olver, the chairman of BAE Systems.
The BBC was due to interview Mr Schmidt for its Hardtalk current affairs programme, with the presenter, Stephen Sackur, expected to chat to the Google boss about his new book The Digital Age. The corporation confirmed that Mr Schmidt had pulled out of the programme without giving a reason.

David Cameron accused of double standards by keeping Google head as adviser despite corporate tax avoidance allegations levelled at the company
Prime Minister has been urged to drop Eric Schmidt
David Cameron has been accused of double standards after retaining the head of Google as an adviser even though the company has allegedly taken advantage of the corporate tax avoidance he has condemned.
The Prime Minister has been urged to drop Eric Schmidt, Google’s executive chairman, from his Business Advisory Panel to send a message that the Government is serious about cracking down on tax avoidance by multinationals like Google, Starbucks and Amazon. In 2011, Google paid £6m corporation tax on £2.5bn of revenues in the UK.
Mr Cameron has promised to use Britain’s year chairing the G8 leading economies to ensure more transparency over taxes paid by big companies, who are under growing pressure to disclose how much they pay on a country-by-country basis.
Lord Oakeshott, the Liberal Democrats’ former Treasury spokesman, told Mr Cameron in a letter: “Your campaign as chairman of the G8 against tax dodging by big companies will be holed below the waterline if you keep Eric Schmidt, executive chairman of Google, on your Business Advisory Panel.

Ex manager: Google, immoral cheat
Barney Jones, who worked as a team manager at Google between 2002 and 2006, told The Sunday Times that the company has been leading an “immoral” scheme to dodge tax by hiring accountants that “pretend they [Google] make their money in Ireland, Bermuda or the British Virgin Islands”.
"What Google is doing is immoral," Jones said.
This comes as the British parliament’s Public Accounts Committee has described Google’s tax arrangements as “devious, calculated and unethical” during a grilling session of the corporation’s vice president Matt Brittin on Thursday.
The MPs said Google has been “deliberately manipulating the reality of their business” to avoid tax.
Google executive chairman Eric Schmidt is also to meet British Prime Minister David Cameron over the issue on Monday.

In a civil case can a judge overturn a jury verdict for defendant?
Answer:
A court does have the authority to overrule the verdict of a jury in any matter except the acquittal of a criminal defendant. There are three court rules, 50, 59 and 60 specifically deal with this authority. These rules are from the United States Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; however most state court rules are modeled after the Federal Rules; therefor all states in the United States have similar provisions.
Note that judgments are not entered until after the jury hands down its verdict. Thus, when the rule refers to a judgment, it does include judgments that are based on jury verdicts. In this sense the court is setting aside the jury's verdict. The "court" referred to is the trial court, not the Appellate Court, because these rules are not in the separate section for Rules of Appellate Procedure.
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50 allows a court to disregard the jury's verdict and either order a new trial or direct the entry of a judgment contrary to the verdict of the jury if the other party is entitled to such a verdict as a matter of law.
This rule gives a court the power to set aside a jury verdict either immediately after it is returned or upon request within 28 days after the verdict is returned. This happens sometimes if a jury returns a verdict that is clearly against the weight of the evidence and should never have been returned. This might happen if a jury is prejudiced against one party or another or makes a mistake in its fact finding conclusions and brings back a verdict that is not supported by the evidence. The court has the authority to disregard the verdict and direct the entry of judgment for the other party notwithstanding the verdict.
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 59 allows the court to set aside the verdict and judgment and either order a new trial or alter or amend part of the verdict/judgment. The court has this authority if it believes such action is warranted even if none of the parties asks it to do so.
This rule permits alteration or amendment of a judgment as opposed to the grant of an entirely new trial. One example of an alteration or amendment of a verdict/judgment is that a court may reduce or increase the amount of damages a jury awards. This is called remititur and additur, repectively. If a jury awards damages in so excessive an amount that it is clear the the jury was prejudiced or mistaken, the court may lower the amount after the jury verdict is in.
Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 60 also permits the court to relieve a party from the effects of a verdict/judgment under these circumstances:
(1) mistake, inadvertence, surprise, or excusable neglect;
(2) newly discovered evidence that, with reasonable diligence, could not have been discovered in time to move for a new trial under Rule 59(b);
(3) fraud (whether previously called intrinsic or extrinsic), misrepresentation, or misconduct by an opposing party;
(4) the judgment is void;
(5) the judgment has been satisfied, released, or discharged; it is based on an earlier judgment that has been reversed or vacated; or applying it prospectively is no longer equitable; or
(6) any other reason that justifies relief.
For these reasons and only under the appropriate circumstances, a court does have the authority to throw out, alter,amend or grant some type of relief from a jury verdict and subsequent judgment.

Google boss defends British tax affairs
Google (NasdaqGS: GOOG - news) 's executive chairman Eric Schmidt on Sunday defended the US Internet giant's tax arrangements after claims it has unethically dodged paying vast amounts of British tax.
5/19/2013
"But for multinational companies with a global presence, it's much more complicated. To pay the right amount in taxation, you need to determine where the profit is actually created."
But a former Google executive who gave evidence to Hodge's committee told the Sunday Times newspaper that the company was operating an "immoral" tax avoidance scheme.
"The real victims are ordinary taxpayers in Britain who are being cheated by Google," Barney Jones told the broadsheet.
Schmidt said corporate tax was "rightly a hot topic" at a time of economic hardship, but insisted that tax rules are set by politicians and it is up to them, not companies, to reform them.
"The UK government has the perfect opportunity to take the lead in shaping this complex debate at the G8 summit next month," he wrote.
