The question one must ask FBI/DOJ is why no one investigating Bill/William Hambrecht, Carl Icahn, Tim Armstrong, Paul Pelosi, Marc Cuban, Pete Wendell, Bill Campbell, Scott Cook, John Doerr, Eric Schmidt connections relation in Google, Motorola, On2, GIPS, Vringo, AOL, Verisilicon, China Netcom, China Mobile, On2's Hantro and Flixcloud, Zencoder, Amazon.

How was it possible a prosecuter turned judge ruled laches case in Vring vs Google and disaperared from the case in less than two weeks being in the case?

How was it possible and On2 lead-plaintiff with 100-On2-share "settled" On2 vs Google case and the judge in chare did not bother question the VALIDITY of On2 plaintiff leading On2 with 170+ million shares?

Why two Financial firms, On2 and its BOD hired, did NOT consider the VALUE of Hantro, with more than 50+ deals with different companies in 2009, into On2 in the FRAUDULENT On2 and Google "merger?'

Then, ask FBI/DOJ why those Youtube/Google EXECs departed from these companies from August to October 2009, and were they related to several On2 shareholders groups lawsuits and uncertasinty of the results of the case in the minds of those left Google and Youtube within those months?

After all, WHAT John Kent Walker doing as On2 UK Limited ditrector with On2 UK Limited having about $50 million in its account? And why did Google HIRE the BEST NSA EXPERT to defend the "settled' On2 vs Goole case?

Now that the NSA tech is no longer a mystery, Ossmann intends to educate others about how the NSA's bugs operate so they can be protected against in the future. He's due to present his findings at the Defcon hacking conference in Las Vegas in August, alongside many other experts who have found ways to expose and rebuild the agency's technology.

Before, nobody knew how the so-called "retro reflectors" worked, but armed with NSA documentation, Ossmann and co. were able to create their own tiny transistor-sized devices that could surreptitiously transfer wireless data to a nearby radio point (much like the NSA is reported to have done).

And On2 Truemobile trial in ten Chinese provinces... and MORE with ZERO-RED-CENT revenue to On2 shareholders prior to Feb 2010, but NOW Verisilicon from China has more than 90+ deals with semiconductor companies using Hantro Chipset with On2 and other video codecs. casp321@yahoo

ell a lie, remove the gear: How the NSA covers up when cable taps are found

Get caught, remove the evidence, and come up with a plausible cover story.

    by Nate Anderson - June 19 2014

Sometimes, the spooks do get caught. German magazine Der Spiegel yesterday revealed a new slide (PDF) from the Edward Snowden document cache that offers a tantalizing glimpse of what it looks like when someone stumbles on an intelligence agency cable tap.

The NSA's Special Source Operations (SSO) branch isn't in the business of computer hacking but of cable tapping; its logo shows an eagle flying above the globe and clutching a string of wires in its talons. These taps, each obscured with a codename, are often made deep within the network of telecom providers and often with the cooperation of key executives. But sometimes non-cleared people start raising questions about just what might be going on, as was the case with AT&T whistleblower Mark Klein, who revealed an NSA "secret room" in San Francisco.

One day a skin tanner was passing by perfume, shops in the market place. He had been all the time involved with the tanning of animal skins and had become used to the bad smell of the skins. He now happened to pass the shops selling scents. As he got the fragrant smell of the scents, he could not bear it, as he had been used to living in a bad smelling environment and bad smells had become second nature to him

When he smelt the fragrant scents from the perfume Shops, he fell down unconscious on the road. A big crowd of people gathered around him. One was reciting some Wazifa and blowing over him in an effort to revive him. Another was sprinkling rose water over him. Another was massaging the palms of his hands and feet. In spite of all these efforts, he did not recover and seemed to be sinking deeper into unconsciousness.

His brother heard what had happened and came running along. He smelt the fragrant scents and immediately understood that the scents were the cause of his unconsciousness. He announced: "Let no rose water be sprinkled over him. And let no fragrant smelling scents be brought near him". The brother went away from the scene for a short while. He brought some faeces of a dog, hidden in the sleeve of his shirt. Moving through the crowd he came to his brother and held the dog's dung to his nose. The bad smell of the dung immediately revived him. The people were surprised and were wondering what strong perfume the brother had brought, which was not even found in those perfume selling shops.

    Maulana Rumi (R.A.) says:
"His brother came along with dog's faeces hidden in his sleeve
And forcing his way through the crowd came to his brother.
He brought his head near to the brother as if to tell him a secret
And then brought the dog's dung to his nose and he was revived".

    Two Friends

A certain person came to the Friend's door
    and knocked.
    "Who's there?"
    "It's me."
The Friend answered, "Go away. There's no place
for raw meat at this table."
The individual went wandering for a year.
Nothing but the fire of separation
can change hypocrisy and ego. The person returned
    completely cooked,
walked up and down in front of the Friend's house,
    gently knocked.
    "Who is it?"
    "You."
    "Please come in, my self,
there's no place in this house for two.
The doubled end of the thread is not what goes through
    the eye of the needle.
    It's a single-pointed, fined-down, thread end,
not a big ego-beast with baggage."

    Omega-3 DHA and Human Progress
    A Historical Perspective

    Jim Farquharson BSc PhD

Fish were available to everyone in Greek society, from the aristocrat to the humble peasant, whereas meat was highly valued but relatively scarce. During the 5th century BCE, Greek science advanced when, among others, Democritus enunciated theories on the nature of the atom, Anaxagoras proposed experimentation in chemistry, and Hippocrates initiated teaching in medicine.

There was a clear distinction between the eating habits of Romans and Athenians that centred largely on economics. In Athens, both rich and poor consumed copious amounts of fish, although the poor were restricted to those species considered inferior. As these included salt-preserved herring, mackerel and anchovies, it could be argued their diet of oily fish was superior in DHA content to that of the wealthy, who prized highly eels and tuna, both fatty fish, but also a wide range of white fish. In contrast to Athenians however, fish eating was seldom a topic for discussion by most Romans, or a regular activity in Rome. The majority of whose inhabitants survived on a virtual vegetarian diet devoid of DHA.

Much effort has been expended in trying to understand why Rome, when it took over the mantle, did not continue with the enlightened and relatively tolerant policies advocated and implemented in Athens. In addition, Rome did not produce any notable scientists. The prevailing attitude was similar to that of the Pythagoreans. Speculation on matters scientific was adequate, with no pursuit of answers through experimentation required. This would have made sense if some deep-seated philosophy was promoting such arguments. But that was not the position in Rome, where profound insights gleaned from philosophical debate, and thought, were rare. Deductive reasoning, essential to scientific pursuits, was apparently absent from the Roman psyche. This was seemingly compounded by the lack of focussed drive, discipline, and commitment necessary to understand and explain the unique complexity of the natural world.

Science is often described as an aberration because it fails to flourish, or even emerge, in many societies. However, on closer inspection, these societies were similar in certain aspects of their culture, notably a tendency to be overly dependent on agricultural foodstuffs at the expense of those derived from the sea. The distinguishing features that separate an aggressive population bereft of profound thinkers, from one that is more tolerant and progressive, may reside in dietary differences between the two, and the resultant impact on brain development and function.

    Music and the Mind
    Anthony Storr

In ancient Greece, which is usually considered to be the birthplace of western civilization, music was both ubiquitous and supremely important. Although we know little about how Greek music actually sounded, classical scholars refer to it as 'an art which was woven into the very texture of their society'.

As in our culture, elaborative instrumental skills were the preserve of professional musicians; but the Greeks considered that instruction in singing and in playing the lyre should be a regular part of education for every freeborn citizen. Music was an important feature of domestic celebrations, feasts, and religious rituals, and musical competitions were held alongside athletic contests. Poetry and music went hand in hand; the poetry of Homer, for example, was originally recited to the accompaniments of the lyre.

For the Greek, music and poetry were inseparable. The poet and composer were frequently the same person, so that often words and music were created together... It's worth noting that, inspite of its mathematical connections, music accompanied the subjective language of poetry rather than the objective language of intellectual argument. page 14
