I do respect your thoughts!
I've just been thinking a lot about this from a lot of different perspectives including the one that you are presenting. I have to say that the management is acting quite strange as of late!
I guess it depends on how bad you want to keep control of the company not to mention the fate of the shares that you already own. You probably don't want to blow your own horn from the roof tops right now if there is good news and I'm not saying there is. Just saying they didn't announce it like usual and didn't put a dagger in it's heart.
I voted no for the omnibus incentive plan, and yes I do think they would play any positive results down right now as If we had good results that would be an excellent reason for anyone interested to beat us down some more (3 cents or less) and keep us from uplisting! Keep us from uplisting and keep us selling shares until management no longer has control of the company.
I'm calling Bulllshite on the CIN results in the SEC filing. No way you don't get at least a small increase in efficacy with a 6 times higher dose.
FBG, I still have the CIN mid-dose results on my mind. I'm thinking that it wouldn't be in their best interest right now to give any good news as we all know it hasn't added any monetary vale or shareholder value to do so in the past on the otc. Kind of like the Fusionvax deal, we have a deal but we can't tell you the specifics of the deal at this point. I think good news before the AGM would only get us pounded. Don't forget that all other trial results in the past were given in a pr with hard numbers for us to overlook. What they said this time in a sec filing was that the study was clinically insignificant but remained unfinished as 6 of the patients did not finish the study. Sounds like lawyer lingo to me to leave the door wide open later on! That's 15% of the study.
I agree, not trying to twist anyone's arm to vote one way or the other, free choice is what makes this country great!
I'm not defending the proposal Kody but the only reason I can think of for such a large float is maybe they still feel they will be vulnerable after the RS to whoever it is that has been putting the beat down on our company for the last couple of years. Maybe this is their way of sending a message to the manipulators. I'm just thinking out loud as to why it could be so large. I don't know and no one here will probably know either. I think you would have to be an insider to know the answer to this question. I voted for it but voted no to the increase in the omnibus proposal. If I see the float being abuse after the RS I will simply sell all of the shares that I own and leave. Simple as that. I do think they will sell shares to fusionvax, but I think those are shares that will never hit the market again. I don't think they will be selling any more shares to these vulture capitalist!
Seems to me there are a lot of daytraders here that are upset that our share price is about to become a lot more stable!
ok BUTTTHOLE SURFER!
Dawg, there are only so many shares the company can sell at these dilutive prices before another entity has a majority of the company. At that point they can accept whatever bid per share that they like for the sale of the company to their umbrella company and you and I can forget making any money on this. I've been here for 3 years and I can tell you that with every bit of good news that we've traded lower with help. I think Dan O'CONNOR sees this and it trying to uplist with the RS and put and end to the manipulation that has constantly plagued us.
Yeah Hugs, it's me alright, my other ID got blocked, so I tried to get one as close as possible to my old one so people would know who I am.
I DID WITHHOLD VOTING FOR TOM.
I don't believe management is getting a passing grade, so i voted no on omnibus, but we still have to give the company what it needs to survive. i also don't see that we're being treated like morons!
They may want that large of a float for reasons we don't understand. that have nothing to do with dilution!
The only reason that i can think of for the large float is to send a message to the powers that have been manipulating us for the last 2.5 years. there is no way for you to gain a majority of the shares in this company! if you are interested in our technology then step out of the shadows and talk to us face to face! oh, you're gonna need to bring your check book too!
We'll be crushed if they don't do it no to mention bk! would you rather the company just went bk?
The only thing i voted no for was the omnibus proposal. i'm good with the rest of it. i really don't think it will hurt us and will probably help ths sp substantially!
If don't think management has done a good job, at least that we can see, then vote no on the omnibus proposal, but don't cut off your nose to spite your own face! we don't have any facts r/t what is going on and it's impossible to make calculated decisions without facts!
If there is anything extremely good about our trials that we haven't heard yet that could definitely be the case!
