No way that anyone in their right mind would play the short game here.
I believe in the research and patents and patent attorneys are expensive. In business there is a reality of opportunity cost. This balance if not given consideration ends your mission. If you have a boat and you load it so full of gold that the boat sinks at sea the mission ends. The reality of the opportunity is lost. Arena needs to make sure the boat stays on top of the water. The cargo weight should not be mistaken by the weight of the people with oars (stockholders). Our efforts (money) trust that the captain will balance the boat and not overload the ship.
Those women were such a joke but a very good example of money spent to try to stop Arena....its been a war & for those that know....it takes money ....old money. BP type.
Novel Drug.....new findings (proof)...detrimental insinuations should be removed. Prior to having proof that it does not cause problems ....I understand.
Eisai Commercial still states that it does......pretty critical that they remove it.
Expired coupons when DTC marketing hit TV, missed the new years weight loss people, to few sales people for roll out, took over a year for a TV spot, internet advertising still almost nonexistent, Eisai had to release Coats due to poor performance of the release........I could go on. Arena does not have to have a role in marketing & sales but they do have leverage and if Eisai is smart they wouldn't want to kill the plant because they got of one piece of fruit.
This is the week. Something tells me we got a leak in security. If ARNA took over the remaining space in Switzerland we might find something out.

They might need to follow through with a dividend. Not sure of how long it takes to issue but it would have to be a quick release to make it count....if they wanted to shake up the trading.
