A ton of traders must have got burned real bad on CLRX yesterday and now they got no money to juice nothing. All the hot pump and dumps are in retreat.
I am loaded low 1.40;s this week and I am not in looking for news, all the technicals have turned bullish so to have sold today because there is no news is not smart. Buy on the technicals.
This is what they think the stock is worth, 1.27 a share. Why question this? In January it was only worth .60 a share so the company must be very happy they sold shares 100% up from just two months ago. Best to let it settle near the offering before jumping in. Yestday was just programmed trading and it's history now.
This move seems so dumb it has to be crooked for reasons having to do with flipping shares from warrants. When cos do this kind of stuff they issue warrants for like a penny a share or even less and they allow the holders of the warrants to convert into shares at a pre set price that most likely will be met so the holders of the warrants can flip out with fast and big profits. This type of scam has been around for a long time and is used by the bottom of the barrel cos for the most part. Good ol warrant scam.
I piled into this stock Monday and Tuesday this week low 1.40's as the technical indicators have all turned bulish. I shorted and bashed this stock relentlessly for months from it's previous pump and dump run from .50 to 3.79. It could easily pop back up 1.00 - 2.00 in this manic biotech pump and dump enviornment. And it has a sound base now to launch from. The odds favor a run.
Got very lucky, I was only going to sell half my 25k shares from 1.35 but decided to dump 20k. My strategy is to sell these big pops out of nowhere with biotech small caps, as they are 98% if the time short lived pump and dumps with only 10% of the 98% running for more than a single session. Trade well.
WHOAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! THAT WAS LUCK!
I don't think there will be any special news, that would indicate insider trading. Rather I think the stock has gone through a protracted consolidation, which the technicals are indicating, and there is now a voracious appetite for small cap biotechs from high frequency traders. Combine the whole enchildada and you get a run in the making. We'll see, I'm very loaded up.
