    The inescapable facts...

One of the lesson learned also is how hard it is to overturn on appeal. No matter what. So just think, we beat aapl like a baby harp seal and they want the CAFC to overturn. All in perspective.

I just check Schwab and it showed a 15,000 share spike at 14:47 to move the pps from $15.03 to a high of 15.29. First thing that came to mind was 15,000 air shares trying to cover. Can you imagine 26 million shorts running for the door. And Katie's there with the bar!

Are you ospreys' inbred cousin? You sound stupid enough to be. And we already know what a moron he is.

  • Like the beast that won't die, our little stock weathered another on slot by the shorst yesterday. To the tune of some 100k shares (pathetic attempt) trying to take the legs out from the longs. But that was not going to do it. In fact, here is what they did to them selves. A lot of us know this game, and bought more on that wonderful manufactured gift at an incredible low price. $13.60 low, are you out of your mind. So now more shares cheap in longs hands. Short are putting more lead on the deck of their sinking ship. Sucks to be them. They know what's coming . Today we burn another one, and put another $1Million in the bank. Full recovery from yesterday and moving higher! Patience, Grasshopper.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

  • Now we see what the end game was for the shorts. After getting the call from Schwab for my shares to short in pure desperation for todays action, it's game over. Not only did it not work, they Knew it would not work but had no choice but to follow thru with there ill laid plans. Like going to war against a stronger better opponent without enough fire power but the powers that be said, 'go and die for your country. And they did. At least 8 million air shares short and another 18 million short on the books. They see the same things out of the CAFC we see. They know the end is near. Like a fish when you get it close to the boat, it's gunna go crazy. No where to run now. I see the end game and it not going to end well for these #$%$. die short, die.

I thought KL addressed that at the ASHM. They have an agreement that if aapl loses the CAFC appeal, they pay up right away. If that is not the case, but I do believe it is, then aapl has the right to take this all the way to the USSC. Once they deny, they will have to pay up quick or the Sherriff will go in and grab timmy's chair and table and laptop out of his office and sell it, and keep grabbing and selling until we are whole. Kinda makes me hope they withhold the check :). LOL

    WHY PAY 70% A YEAR?

Wineguy, I heard the same thing too. As far as overdue, not at all. Wheels of justice grind slow. But they do grind. Just have to let it go and let the whole thing play out. And no, aapl will pay. Once again getting back to my case. After the USSC denied review, it was over. The next day my attorney's sent the Insurance Company a letter demanding to know about every single piece of equipment and asset they held. They understood the message. They cut the check. aapl has more than enough held in the US so don't even worry about that. I keep looking for the problem. Other than the court deciding to make a political decision, as a matter of law, we are golden in my view. GL

Checking out what the court said in remanding:
'Vringo confirms adverse ruling in I/P Engine v. Google et.al. at Court of Appeals for the Federal District (stock halted) (VRNG) : Co confirmed that the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit reversed the jury's verdict and held that the asserted claims of the patents-in-suit in the co's wholly- owned subsidiary I/P Engine's litigation against AOL (AOL), Google (GOOG) et al "ARE INVALID FOR OBVIOUSNESS".

Wow. 'for obviousness'. Now look at what we got. Court will deny appeal for same reason. Just how many more signals can the court send out that aapl is toast. Burn another day. Ring up another $1M in the bank. Short interest around 26m shares. A lot of air shares. Float 42M. A mini VW on the horizon? hmmm

Something is up. I just got a call from my Financial Advisor telling me that Schwab wants my shares. Now why after all this time would they do that. hmmm Let me think. Screw the shorts and their air shares. Burning days at $1M/day to us. aapl going to write a check for $1B. And then on to the next case of 3X damages.

  • Manipulation. And it's 'legal'. hmmm. SEC does not care. But they do know it exits. It is now becoming rampant. You short a stock using Reverse Conversion creating air shares. Put out a bogus hit piece and make a fortune ripping off the public. I have been seeing this more and more in these small type of companies. One of the reasons I quit posting Technicals. They don't work with this type of fraud.

Vincent, we can expect to wait until we hear from the CAFC. All that really matters. After we here from the CAFC, then aapl will have to make another decision. To take this to the USSC. If they do go that route, it will be assigned to a Justice for review. Has to get by the Justice but that decision would only take months. Chances of them taking this up is nil. That said, will they admit? Who knows. Us that have been in VHC for all these years often wondered what it is that makes aapl do what they do. When we get our ruling, assuming we win, I, as a rational person would think they would want to sit down quickly and hammer out a deal. Business is business. Personally, I hope they don't. Willful infringement in now on the table. apple alone owes us $1B now. Next time around could be twice that or more just in damages plus 3X for willful. But I know one thing. They are good for it.! Thanks! Wow, this is great news for VHC. From one that has been through the meat grinder to the USSC, what I got out of this, is: aapl you are not precluded from asserting you invalidity defense as a matter of law. But good luck with that as you got your rear kick with using that last time. Lying cheating and stealing is no way to conduct business, timmey, but then again, it works for us! Another day, another $1M. Some how I don't see timmy and company having a great weekend. GLL's!

Funny mentioning the village idiot and two show up on queue! LOL I am sure they had a lot to add. As in fud and plain stupidity. Only fact is we are waiting for the CAFC. Well, the other fact is they are idiots.

  • Coming across the wires, the white, silver, blue, green, red and the all mighty black phone have been discovered to need security! While the black phone was once thought to be immune, after a year of trials in the city of Village Idiot, it was deemed the most susceptible. hmmm who would of thunk.. Data shows the black phone was given to the elder village idiot for a year to use. When asked about patent security, he could only drool mumbling something about VirnetX and a certain Kendal Larson had ruined his life. hmmmm.
