Hang in there Santa Anita !! I think we've turned the corner !!

  • I said it before on a couple other posts......they brought that CFO in there to do exactly what they are doing, teeing up the business(s) for sale.... Unity phase I , OM phase II........that's why, for the life of me, I couldn't understand all the negative chatter & bailing that was expressed after the Unity sale disclosure !! Patience my fellow investors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Although I understand long term holder frustration, not sure I understand why folks may be jumping ship at this point. They DID just sell the Unity business successfully. Had they not consummated that deal, probably would have been more of a legitimate cause to abandon the stock but since they DID get it done, there may be light at the end of the tunnel. I have mentioned this earlier on a past post, but the CFO there has a history of being with company's that have subsequently been sold out/ acquired. I'm thinking that's why she specifically was brought in; that is, to tee this company up for acquisition & perhaps the sale of Unity was "Part I"............Just speculation on my part, but it seems plausible. 64 thousand dollar question becomes ....for how much ? $2? $3? and the answer will be dictated by timing & how they perform over the next 6-12mths. If they continue with the ho hum qrtrly reports, this thing could easily leak even more, but if they start showing some revenue traction (hopefully) then the prospects of getting a transaction done at a respectable level improves. If I'm a suitor & see value in the company in the form of an integration into an existing platform, then a takeout would be more advisable now from a cost perspective , assuming revenue could possibly take off which would translate into a richer purchase price down the road. Just one dudes perspective.

Hopefully they are sold well before 2017. By the end of the year would be swell. Have to believe there's not a much larger company out there that would gleefully swallow this company up for its technology & OM footprints and now's the time to pick them up for a discounted price (relatively speaking)....... Albeit not breaking even yet, they are growing sequentially and the closer they get to break even/profitability the higher the price will be for a suitor. And a larger company with significant capital would most likely be able to turbo charge the marketing efforts at IPAS & , as such, attain a break even/profitable point much quicker. Hopefully Blackstone is dancing this little company around. They obviously were able to get a premium for Unity, so perhaps they can duplicate the results with the OM biz of IPAS. Pure speculation but that's what I think may happen. Also, if you look at Karen Willems, CFO resume, she has a history of being with company's that were bought out. Perhaps she was brought in there to spearhead an initiative to do just that at IPAS. And perhaps shedding Unity was step 1. Time will tell.

Just my opinion, but after listening to the entire call, I think with the shedding of Unity & their ability to focus solely on the OM biz now, their seems to be a relief & level of enthusiasm that exists within IPAS Mgmt that exceeds anything I've heard on past calls. Also took note from CFO's comments that cash burn , albeit approx 5mm anticipated for Q3, consists largely (3mm+/-) of transaction costs associated with the Unity sale, so if they can continue to aggressively grow the OM biz, widdle down the cash burn rate, this thing could start gaining some momentum. Would be nice to see some inside buying transactions & some coverage. Where's that Chardin group who tagged a $5 price target not that long ago ? Maybe a reiteration from those cats should be in order ? Where'd they go ?

They better hope this dog collar thing takes off, cuz their revenue has taken a drastic turn for the worst. Since it appears the once juicy dividend is a thing of the past, it explains why many have bailed from this stock and hence forth, another reason for the recent decline in price.

Just read that announcement "material definitive agreement" , July 1st ? References "eliminating certain Permitted Restricted Payments including, but not limited to ordinary dividend payments" , etc, etc. ..... Is that referring to the actual dividend payments they have been making to shareholders or something else ? ..., because if it is, then it appears that there are no dividends forthcoming in the foreseeable future. Maybe a misinterperatation on my part, but that's what it appears to be ?

Where the hell is an announcement on a dividend ? What's going on here at INTX ?
Based on no announcement, probability of a cut or elimination of a any dividend in the near term is
getting greater. Also wonder if they are in the midst of losing another big client to their fraud protection business. Stock is leaking oil badly !!

Merger/Buyout this soon after Unity sale is probably a bit optimistic, but we do need to at least hear how they plan to redeploy the proceeds from the sale. Some respectable revenue #'s would be nice for a change as well !!

Looks like they do it every 4 mths vs 3. That said, something should be forthcoming in the near term although I'm a bit concerned that in light of the decline in price here recently, there could be a divvy drop in the works. Wouldn't surprise me.

Evidently nothing. Need to see a share buyback, insider buying or significant contract announcement & then we could be headed towards the 2 hanndle again. Until then, guessing we stay idle a bit.

  • Hopefully a good run today.

  • This is great news. They got it done. Hopefully they can start turning a profit soon & this stock could really start climbing in my opinion. We may have just turned the corner here. Gotta believe some of the houses will welcome this news & initiate some buys. Giddy up !!

  • Is this the best story we can get out of this company ? Story's about when Evan is going to speak next ? How about something with some meat to it ? How about an announcement regarding a sale of Unity ? Something material !! Holy #@*% !!
