ouch... yes, but recoup and this is great chance to accumulate.
And all that Sapphire will be shipped to someone (Apple?) and so, why does it matter to be Apple screen or something else/somebody else using them.
Need to hear from GTAT about the production process. Has it been better the last few months?
I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THERE ARE SOMEONE STILL BELIEVE IN THIS STORY AND RESPONDING? CEO on radio?? And he said he bought his stock at $14, which he said he still make money/
People bought cheap usually in the $16.50+ and long the stock. BASHERS like these no way keeping these if they bought in around $14, that is if he really bought the "imaginary" stocks.
To b uild Sapphire to cut all the obnoxious shorts.
Seriously, IGNORE THE NOISE..... Don't y ou feel tired listening to them? Same story with GTAT.. no change... APPL will use their Sapphire, whatever they can produce (not quick enough). WHO CARE WHAT APPL uses it for? Screen, lenses, buttons?????
Next phase, GTAT will be able to openly sell to other vendors that want Sapphire.... THIS WILL BE BIG.
Right now, SHORTS control this board.
Reading back and forth today and realized people on board. the VOCAL ones, are very short term.
Maybe the screen today is or is not from GTAT, the point that everyone forget is that APPL invested not just money, but trust, in GTAT, to produce Sapphire for them, and GTAT did fulfill that....... I think there are more going forward, since the first phase, I already projected that there are not enough Sapphire to go around (I did expect the high end iPhone 6 and the watch will have it).
APPL and GTAT are working together to improve the production as we speak.
GTAT will be ok.
More and more, I believe this is the case......I will hold and see.....will be cleared.. EVEN WITH CNBC, they said they are not sure about the screen......
CNBC just said no decisive words on whether SAPPHIRE is in iPHONE6's or not--- Nobody knows for sure....nobody has the phone yet.... until later when one is released to public.
I still believe SAPPHIRE is in the phones, in some shape or form, I am not sure, since I don't know much about Sapphire.... maybe they used GTAT sapphire and processed with ION. Maybe just part of Sapphire....?? Anyone know more about how that APPLE PATENT works.
Thanks for posting. Don't have time now but will read.
WILL BE A CHANGING EVENT FOR GTAT.
But right now, it makes sense that they dedicate Sapphire for high end products, especially the PHONES will require more sapphire and it is not feasible right now for this first release.
I also think that some forms of Sapphire are in the Iphone 6s (how can it not??) so I am waiting for clarification what this means. If not, later release definitely.........
Someone posted part of their PATENT on this and clearly, it has some forms of Sapphire that they use.
With Sapphire, we need to look past this event today. GTAT will announce some good news from their production soon and iPhone will benefit.
Post likes yours is not worth responding.
If trading GTAT is a one day event, the you win... are you happy?
FACT is clear that they don't have enough SAPPHIRE to go around in this first phase of delivery, so they are reserving for the WATCH, but that will change soon. GTAT said they are working out the production process.
My 2 cents.
As I just posted... I think they reserve ALL Sapphire for the watch in this first release. They already said they won't have enough for all, from AZ plants..... very soon, the production will pick up and the process will be better, then they will have Sapphire for iPhones, iPad.... THAT WILL COME SHORTLY.
Same boat and hold the shares..... actually, just bought more, to average out... 12% down is overdone and stock being manipulated for sure. It will recover. This is technology of the future.
What happened I think is that there is NOT ENOUGH Sapphire for this first phase, so ALL ARE RESERVED FOR iWatch.... The next phase, when the NC plant is fully utilized, then it will be used for ALL iPhones. They can't have enough now for 10Milllion iPhones, for just the next weekend demand.
