if you feel that way, jump into the housing market stocks, insurance stocks - RDN, MTG, GNW, FMCC - you will be watching just on your screen waiting for something magical to happen here. Seriously, your patience will be shot waiting for a giant leap up with this company. I just sold my AAPL shares today and made more cash in a month than I've made here the past few years holding my remaining shares.

by acdfoods •May 21, 2013 8:26 AMHow about there are more buyers than people approved for mortgages, it's next to impossible now to get a mortgage without going to a torture chamber. I was a Loan Officer for BAC back in the day when you could make a $100K and get a mortgage for $600K, those days are gone.

I have no idea how long I'll hold now but in the past back in 2010, I had SOL and LDK and made fantastic profits before things really took a downward spiral, back then bought it at $7.99 and sold for $13.07. Good luck to all.
