    lower gas prices

Nothing hurts fracking more than cheap oil and nat gas.... Some areas of the Bakken have a cost of $80 bbl to produce due to the lack of pipelines and the cost to transport....

You cant make up profits in volume in that scenario which is why the cure for low oil prices is low oil prices... US production will be slowing... which will cure the current perceived glut... and oil will be back to $100 before you know it...

It hurts to say but 3E is right about the collusion between the Saudi's and the US to hurt the Ruskies... It makes no sense for the Saudi's to deplete their declining assets to "maintain mkt share" as they want us to believe.... IF they were to cut production by 250K bbl/day oil would spike to $105 and they would have higher total revenue at lower total cost.... so something way beyong supply/gluts/usage growth is controlling the mkt.

Its a good time to invest in beat up oil producers

How Much Voter Fraud Will Show Up?

In NY the DMV will give anyone a State issued ID card for free IF you can show the cost is a burden....

with that being the case how is it a burden to obtain what is essential in todays society? (I bet they have a smart phone though but will argue they cant afford $20 for an 8 yr ID card $2.50 annual cost)

I'll bet every other State has a similar policy

In todays IBD using hard data from the insurers themselves...

worse still is the Medicaid news

while the taxpayers subsidize another 60%...

That means 15-20% pay their bill... and they most likely had... and paid for insurance before Obamacare and its also likely the only reason they are in Obamacare is because Obamacare forced the cancellation of their existing policy

    Summing It Up

One of the problems is that the "folk" in Ferguson MO are ignorant of the LAW

The LAW in MO says that a police office cannot back down... that's a FACT

  • central_scrutinizer_fz by central_scrutinizer_fz Oct 24, 2014 4:54 PM Flag

The Govs of NJ & NY... using the authority of the Port Authority of NY & NJ will quarantine any and all persons for 21 days who travel from the Ebola countries of Africa and may have had any exposure to Ebola

The CDC just shrugged and said yep you have the authority to do as you please... especially since we are effin clueless.... and receive no clear direction from the top

  • Will be disqualified from sitting on the jury.... that will be a matter of LAW

and any liar who gets on the jury and the defense gets a picture of them from the news feeds will result in a mistrial of the officer (double jeopardy will prohibit retrial) and a felony charge against the person who lied to get on the jury

  • central_scrutinizer_fz central_scrutinizer_fz Oct 24, 2014 10:53 AM Flag

Let me put it in these terms.... 12 jurors.... just one needs to believe there is reasonable doubt

So hear is the defense in a nut shell.... a POLICE OFFICER in UNIFORM... in a marked POLICE CAR issues what is termed a lawful order to a civilian.... the civilian DISOBEYS that LAWFUL ORDER and in some manner encroached on the UNIFORMED POLICE OFFICERS personal space in such a manner that a very close range shot is fired....

That is a fact... we then have several witness' that collaborate the police officers account.... and a few FELONS who say the perp (we know he was a perp at this time because he disobeyed a lawful order and had physical contact with a uniformed police officer) was surrendering

The only question is after being attacked is it reasonable in any scenario that the officer feared for his life or the life of others

Please explain how there is blood splatter inside the police car that belongs to the perp and how the 300lb perp entering the police car in some unlawful fashion isn't reason for the police officer to fear for his safety.

  • However it is the most likely.... talk about reasonable doubt.... how does one get a conviction when forensics favor the police officers account.... numerous civilians collaborate his account... and a few felons on the other side offer a different scenario.... that forensics say is unlikely

IF you go to trial with this.... the police officer defendant will not only win easily he could have a strong case that his CIVIL RIGHTS have been infringed.... to placate mob rule

anyone who watches CNBC during the market day know this is a false statement... they were doing reports all day on Friday on companies that were rushing treatments and vaccines

    for using cocaine......

He seems to have what it takes as a liberal

    must Presidential material

  • central_scrutinizer_fz by central_scrutinizer_fz Oct 15, 2014 9:09 AM Flag

Buried in all thecurrent gruesome news..... reports are trickling out about Sadam's chemical weapons..... which injured and maimed US troops.... and now somehow have gotten into the hands of ISIS

I guess Obama and the Dems are going to have to go back and rewrite the history that they wanted to hide so bad....

And its not like these stories were not reported at the time... they were just buried by the liberals

2/3s of it already exists... it just needs some modification from Nat Gas to oil

It is gonna transport 3Xs as much oil as Keystone was going to... all of it bypassing the US...

The US is a major net loser with this project

wake up idiot... there are many jobs well beyond the construction of the pipeline and its components....

Once that oil hits a refinery there is work to do and those refineries not only employ thousands they need to be maintained... rebuilt etc.... Obama has now made it so that the Canadians will be sending 1 mil bbl a day to the east coast....

That oil is going to be exported elsewhere..... the Canadian refined product is going to be exported elsewhere...

Remember one of the purposes to block Keystone was so that Tar Sands oil did not add carbon to the environment.... hows that gonna work out??

Not only will the oil be burned elsewhere... no revenue or jobs will result in the US

    Great policy Mr Obama

and have destroyed the American energy industry... you'ld have thunk they would have helped...

anyhow the drop in the price of oil and nat gas due to strong dollar will cut a 10s of billions $ from 3 &4Q GDP.... not to mention that production will now decline also.... slicing hundreds of Billions $ more

Obama may have actually put the US in recession with the stroke of a pen.....

Good thing he understands how these things work

  • central_scrutinizer_fz by central_scrutinizer_fz Oct 8, 2014 12:34 PM Flag

They are going to build a pipeline to the Atlantic... they also have a refinery there...

They will get prices more in line with Brent than WTI...

Obama's opposition to Keystone to cost thousands of high paying US jobs.... Billions in investment in the US and will now even put a massive hurt on US refineries

More good work by Obama.... good thing he understands how things work

We send troops in an attempt to end a problem that has killed maybe 4,000....

yet no effective boots on the ground to fight ISIS which is killing 10 Xs faster

25K trained and properly armed troops could swing thru Iraq in a week and wipe out ISIS

That's really a chicken or the egg issue.... poor folk will elect "liberal" leaders... and liberal policies of handouts tend to keep people poor

It may only make the problem worse but it is what it is
