so does this effect earnings? or is this kind of independent of that? yes they have to pay 36M more but do they not have to also adjust the book value of the shares it owned (BFCF) prior to the buyout up the same amount
does this change the book value then for BFCF and BBX? seems like it could if they are agreeing that the shares were worth at least 25% more than they paid for them?

I just spent 20-30 minutes trying to see where permitting was on the Hialeah parcels and didn't find what I wanted but if you go to Lennars website they now have Bonterra listed as a coming community
all depends on what they are doing and where.........in my old city it was one of the worst in the state, average project would take 10-14 months to get fully permitted where as other cities it could have been as fast as 3-4 months.................and they could very well have it all done now and are purposefully waiting for a certain quarter to close to keep their numbers looking a certain way (LOL cause we all know stuff like that happens)
tell me about it, my entire life is at the moment and its killing me......trying to work out a purchase agreement with a state university that would allow me to return to Fl a well compensated man, but everything with them takes 7-10 days for any kind of official response due to the layers of people it must go through......don't want to list it because I know I will receive a contract right away for less money from a local developer who has made numerous offers to me in the past and it will be hard to ignore him. I know the school will pay more, just not sure how long I can deal with the time delays
