Eldorado Gold Restructure of Assets in China

    by cgreens72 Dec 14, 2014 5:06 AM
    cgreens72 cgreens72 Dec 14, 2014 5:07 AM Flag

I think we need to see "majority owner" defined...

  • An industry trend starting here?

    http://news.goldseek.com/GoldSeek/1418403631.php

"What is Eldorado’s plan for its Chinese assets?

We are restructuring our ownership of the Chinese assets by publically listing the subsidiary which holds these assets.

The subsidiary would own three mines and our Eastern Dragon joint venture. It would be listed in Hong Kong, instead of Toronto.

Eldorado would be the majority owner of that new company, and we’re looking to have international and mainland Chinese institutional investors come in as well.

The idea is that the new company will do better operating and growing its business as a Chinese entity in China, than as part of a Toronto-listed foreign mining company."

Greg, if what you said is correct in that otto is same as Zarcon, then it is also possible the guy loses many ID's. Zarcon is someone I used to deal a few years ago and actually was someone I and others respected for a time, but he became very abusive. He tried to drive me crazy. Someone reported his ID (bymyboat...) and he lost it. I think ever since he may have had mutliple ID"s for whatever reason. This must have been one of the people you mentioned I would know from before when we shared emails and I received what I believe to be your real name, which I shall not bother sharing because it isn't relevant.

Lake Tahoe is some of the most pure water in the world being from all snow runoff. A very deep lake, it features beautiful blue and Emerald Bay connected to it is a beautiful Emerald Green!

Sure, but in the meantime holders of paper shares (like me) are getting crushed. I hate it because even ones with good balance sheets and that are making a profit at the lower prices continue to be pummeled. I know the Rothschild elite is dominating and flexing right now...they will not allow me to become wealthy. No logic to any of...I will go broke being right and so will my family because of me being so stubborn and stupid! I just hope my wife doesn't leave me. I would imagine she would if this doesn't change over the course of the next couple years. Good luck to everyone!

BRUTAL here. It is BRUTAL in a lot of places in this sector. Ten cent drop into close. Not exciting.

Destruction of the sector and miners. All this caused by irrational behavior following manipulation.
Buying up shares of miners at toilet bowl prices...I will go broke being right! Even though EXK is my smallest holding, I should be buying here too!

Hah! The stock is $1.20. You're focusing on percentages now? Penny stocks go up 25-100% on any given day. I can wait to buy all my shares purchased at higher levels to cost down. Gimme $1 a share and then .50 a share. Unless the are closed for business, this is a no brainer!

SVM can go up 20% in one day at these prices. I have seen it happen. None of it happens though until they quit messing with the metals for their comfort in owning paper. The producers need to unite and stop providing metal at these prices. Not good for the worker, but gotta save the industry from the blood suckers

Well, it isn't like this stock/company is the only one in the sector plummeting. I want shares at this level too and I will buy some if I can. Unfortunately, this isn't the only stock I own. If it was, I am sure I would be able to afford buying down as lobster claims. I want shares of my other plummeting shares at lower prices also. It goes up, just like it goes down when the heat is on. Just saying...FEELING WARM YET?

    The problem with IAG and....

I am not complaining about the recent cost cutting measures or the sale of the niobium. It was the right thing to do in anticipation of rising price of gold. Wait and see approach is in effect and let us not forget this is NOT A JUNIOR. This is sitting at a Junior price though.

Previous years I have posted a loss here. I haven't booked a loss here this year, but was considering taking at least some. At this level, just doesn't feel logical to sell. Just the owners destroying everything and getting the better of the universe it seems. They have slapped me around for a couple years now. An article comes out on Ebola and includes IAG in it. What IAG is that? There are bots and MM's all over the place. Once they feed and get the pennies on the dollar prices we get more bubbles. I am stocking up for the next one, same as the previous one in this sector until things really change. No way around it now with these vampires.

This company has been doing the right things lately in my opinion. Do we believe in gold? This is a pure gold play now. Go for the gold!
