Just wait until they report this q. tOASt
If we get a retest of the lows in oil this will break into the single digits finally. tOASst is coming to theaters near you!!!
No, oil is not dropping to $20. There's been a floor set for oil around the 48-49 and it's not being allowed to drop below that for whatever reason. By the same people who brought it down to where it is. And yes, oil is the most manipulated thing on the planet. What really is the true price of oil? Whatever the powers that be want it to be.
Get ready to embrace the tvix rs
Dude, calm down. I don't own a position large enough to care about OAS. You can't tell me ever since this hit 10, it hasn't had an upward bias and has been manipulated several times, driven up by hft's or other funds, squeezing the hell out of the shorts. Oil is in the 40's, which makes tOASt. It's easy to squeeze shorts when such a large percentage of the float is short. But every time it pops it's a great short opportunity just like it HAS BEEN(since its lows) a great opportunity to go long for an easy buck, TRADING it. Calm down man and don't be so sensitive. Relax.
Guidance is key here. How are they going to do without any hedges moving forward?? That's what I want to see with this company that i hold no position in. Just very interested in this entire sector.
This is the dumbest thing i've ever read. If anything, it's being manipulated TO THE LONG SIDE YOU IDIOT imbecile. This thing should be $5 right now.
This week could bring all of them to their respective knees. Can't even begin to fathom how anyone holding this wouldn't bail at 18-19.
How have you succeeded in this for the 3rd time if the price is back down and you haven't sold yet? What happens if if hits new lows by Friday?
Appreciate it. Thank you and yes, completely get it now.
I saw that but I also saw that crzo reported a horrible report and it's green.
cool, thanks. Well, this will be very interesting, esp with the forward guidance. CLR trades like it's the best of the bunch. Shareholders could be in for a nice shock though. I'll def be waiting for that one tonight.
I'm not too sure. CLR is one I never really followed. I was too busy with KOG, WLL and then tOASt lol
Remember, hammhead sold all of his hedges for 2015 when oil was near $70 i believe(maybe just above $60). Sure, that will be a gain for this q but that could give them the worst forward guidance we've seen yet. Tune in to what they say tonight. Then tomorrow oas and wll both report after the bell.
I understand that they will have a one time gain from their selling the hedges but what about forward guidance with no hedges left? How bad will that crater their guidance? Wouldn't that make it the worst one yet with forward guidance?
