Toy consoles that sell in the seven to eight figures in terms of volume can certainly add to a bottom line. Your name says it all. Your so obvious you might as well stop writing. Thanks.
In the United States of America, individuals and companies accused of wrongdoing are PRESUMED innocent until PROVEN guilty. You talk about "liars" and "bulkrap" (which I can only assume is your misspelled version of #$%$), and there you are spreading rumors and FALSE innuendo about a company which has ONLY been ACCUSED. The law suit, from what I understand, is so weak, they can't even find a lead plaintiff. Its clear you don't know the facts or the law, so you might want to pipe down until you get things straight.
My suggestion to you is to read up on the suit, unless you are just another hater that wants to spread rumors and lies.
AMD is coming off a great quarter and is on the rise. I am long AMD and I am educated about why.
AMD is not bleeding. Two profitable quarters and more on the way. Sorry about your bad decision making "years ago", but your past is not AMD's future. The tech market and the housing market do not operate the same. Providing advice requires you to have had applicable experiences in the past to provide guidance for the future. Such is not the case as it relates to your comment above.
Let's keep this momentum. Shorts need to watch out. Longs are taking control.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Do these guys really think that posting on the Yahoo Finance message board will really move the market on AMD? Idiotic.
Thats just ridiculous. I wonder if you take yourself seriously... Because the rest of don't.
Your commentary suggest that the only consideration, or at least the only impt one, for the "heavy handed" stimulus was the stock market. So many other factors have depended on the stimulus. I hardly think you you are in a position to challenge the their wisdom. Low mortgage rates have helped housing bounce back, easy lending conditions have helped businesses grow and strengthened the weakened job market. It may be somewhat artificial, but the the QE has prevented runaway inflation, which was pretty much guaranteed with the 2008 meltdown, absent the stimulus. The stimulus has been necessary and, more importantly, effective.
Thats the dumbest thing I have read in all of these messages. It always amazes me what morons like you will say publicly. Don't ever speak for me or generally and erroneously about my people. Idiot.
Kids look at these boards and you are busy telling a stranger to go "F" himself. #$%$ man? Get a grip.
They didnt have consoles in 2013-Q1. That changes everything. As long as they can do consistent biz with video cards, Q1 should be profitable.
Well, my position is far above $4.00, so I AM actually still trying to get even. that said, I agree with you, Map. I might by a bit more if it goes a bit lower, but I am ready for the pendulum to come back the other direction.
