Group of a select handful leading the rest of the 3500 or so. Leaders are serial killers. The least we should have done was keep their assets as payment for our , yes, invading Iraq and Afghanistan last go round. Anything less brought upon ourselvess by our own supposed victory becomes negligible. Unless a victory conquers and confiscates, it is no victory at all in this particular region of the world, since we certainly have no other real means by which we can measure it, unless more disrespect is thrown our way. They will understand when we show them what they really have to lose. That being said, I was against our involvement there, but i f you play you must play to win. still, while an individual wasp nest is easy to destroy, destroying all of them or attempting to, at a slower rate than they can reproduce is a problem.

You will probably lose if you bet against, but in the end it doesn't matter what is said . As of now the stock price says you are wrong and Tesla has time and yes, even as you scoff, the environmental awareness situation favoring its success. Time will tell and lets put it this way. Tesla if longevity becoming a marker to its success is an indicator, will be around long after your stay on planet earth.

With the dollar really starting to take off there is no telling how high it may go with rising rates. With all of the quantitative easing we have had I am surprised it is so strong. If it got too strong there would be a problem because the fed would not have any room to ease rates. Wasn't that Japans problem? If there is any reaason at all that rates will stay relatively low, that would be it.

I do believe thought that we are going to see higher rates. Yes the case for rates seems overblown but it certainly doesn't mean they won't come. I mean now, with an already rising dollar, seems like that currency is going to be getting much strronger. Not sure if it has been rising on other factors or just anticipation of higher rates. In regards to high yielding investments that pay dividends, the very higher dividend payers, might not do too poorly going forward . Any tick down in pricing would raise their dividends dramatically and dividends paid in appreciating dollars seems like a good place for part of investment plan , Certainly nothing wrong with income and companies are flush with cash and should have little problem paying in most cases. Due to the fact that as you said, interest rates being at such a low level currently, a rise in rates byy a 1/4 should not do too much damage. Oil stocks have been decimated , reits taking a huge hit, some saying oversold. I'm holding .

case for rising rates right now seems a little bit overblown with the very strong dollar (esily crushing gold btw) as well as China factory growth slowing dramatically in need of more stimulus. Interst rate sensitive stocks like reits got hit hard this week, oil taking a hit. Both seem oversold .

You are correct, they certainly can get your number but if it is locked they cannot open credit in your name or check your credit with that number, they must have your pin number.

Not true aview. If one wishes to apply for credit they can unlock.. Locking basically protects oneself against fraud . You should know about that with all of the news about identity theft. I had a friend who had his name and SS number stolen only found out about it when bill collectors attempted to get him to pay for an account that he never opened. Clark Howard the multi millionaire consumer advocate locks his so your saying that mostly poor people do it is not necessarily correct. Once insurance policy needs to be applied for , simply unlock credit, obtain policy, relock. Done.

Look everyone is going to have your opinions. Nothing is going to change how each of you feel . While I might side with one of you on some things , on others I may agree with another , but that is not the point, and if it was, it needs to no longer be. There is common ground in all things . Stop focusing on the childish schoolyard mud slinging Haven't we better things to do? Classic case of too much time on ones hands. While the debate rages on , on whether this new fight in Iraq is the real fight, the in fighting and the bickering between those of us here in this country must find common ground. I am sure there are improvements to keep our domestic situation intact and work on making life better here at home first and foremost .

I would go for that 15% deal.. I called them yesterday requesting a callback, but firmly of course, said i wanted to see copies. Never heard back from them. Not sure they are at the point where they are going for my credit status at least yet and yeah, I pretty much agree they can do as they please as far as making ones credit rating a mess. I reaad that one collecction on a perfect score will drop that score by over a point...ongoing...
