Maybe there is a light at the end of the tunnel, hope so. The warrants that I purchased as part of a stock purchase, about 30 months ago expire this summer. The warrants can be exercised at $0.30, I think. There just could be a chance.
False. If current shareholders sell into rallies such we have had in the last several days, they will be just fine. Shareholders who purchased at much higher prices will, however, lose.
Based on recent trading, SFEG needs more of the death spiral stuff. As if Kitty cat cares, I sold 1/3 of my holdings which I purchased @ about .035 for .1575. Guess I let a little on the table. Definitions are fine but the tape tells the tale, at least for now.
You still have not said how they are going to get their $500K back and just who is going to buy all these shares you are talking about. Mathematically maybe but real world??
What is your point? Based on your "death Spiral", who ever bought the note is going to lose $500,000 so why would they do that?
I hope you are correct. I know we have both been long term shareholders, at least from the time SFEG provided us a tour of the mine and dinner.
