All my E&Ps are up strong today, but few as strong as Rice.
Dear Kamoa--It is not the number of patients, it is all the regulatory #$%$ that goes with a clinical trial. I would have hoped that they would have had all this lined up, though.
Why tomorrow? I agree that the situation is pretty tight, but they did just get a nice infusion of cash, and IF they control their expenses, they should be able to go for awhile. What is 'specially disappointing is that I seem to remember that some of their wells were pretty good.
Price has finally got down to where I think I'll take a little nibble. The news about CBI starting construction on a LNG train was the catalyst. May be up and down for awhile: this is a long term holding. Good Luck!
Dear Kittnibbly: The holders of the company's debt will get the assets. You are right in noting that management doesn't want that to happen, either. Will they be able to avoid bankruptcy? Stay tuned.
I am very afraid that we are heading for the pink sheets and bankruptcy--I have lost the equivalent of two of my family's cars on this gamble. They had money from the sale to that VC firm--Ihopeihopeihope they husband it carefully enough to survive.
