I too bought a few years back and paid the all time high, I was the one, something like 29.30. But I liked the business model and dividend so hung in there, glad I did.
Double right on, as I have a drip in place, the lower it goes, share accumulation grows larger. Warren used this method in his early years!
Just remember this when the board of directors comes up for selection. Did you listen to the earnings cc, it didn't sound like this management didn't have a clue of anything. Wow, and for this they get a bonus...Horse pucky!
Did you hear the remark regarding increasing shareholders value" acquisition or maybe share buy
back or dividend "Lets face it guys he got his 7% pay increase so screw the share holders!
Do you wet your panties when peoples loose money on an investment? Sound like your a loser big time! Schadenfreude A#$*$#%.
I doubt that the shorts are in any kind of panic or need to cover. The call open interest for January-13 was over 66m shares at 3.50 and below and the 30% tender would just about cover the shorted shares. A very well played and profitable bear raid
Argonaut capital expects salmon supplies to decrease and demand to continue growing. Prices are up as well as margins according to a Mr. Nelson of Argonaut. Remember this company is an ag firm. Demand/prices(profits) creates the growing of more supply which in effect lowers prices down the road which lowers supply and repeat cycle. We may be in an up cycle. What is the time required to grow a market ready salmon????----anybody!
It seems by the stock price movement that the 3q earning report is going to fall short of expectations. Revenue lower(store closings), margins lower(reduced prices-not in my area?), and a larger negative P-E. As for a short squeeze, look at the call options open interest, cheap insurance. The very successful bear raid was engineered by the very same firm advising them. They got to see the books. How convenient for management that they are in a quite period.
