because his secretary reads all of his emails and only forwards the important ones on. it will never get to him.
what I don't get is if inclusig can help other drugs fight cancer, even if one or two hits, aria is worth 10B or more. Why won't someone step up and just do it?? stocks are at inflated prices. They can use shares to buy ARIA for 4-5B and it's an easy swallow. Something is wrong here.
when I worked in that biotech, all they talked about was the stock price (and forgot science). they had so many shares for themselves that they made sure the stock went up. Too bad they needed trials and compounds to become drugs. I'm sure berger wants ARIA to go up but he probably has a 5-10 year timeframe to get it to say 200 a share. does he care about 20 to 30??? probably not. Does he care about investors?? only denner and blackrock. The rest of us are chumps.
yeah, mrk and pfe earnings. if you think they will announce a buyout of aria on their earnings day, keep dreaming bud. where do you people get these thoughts? are you on dope?
FDO this am. Zillow buying someone. why can't some big pharma take this out?? I really am thinking someone has offered a bid but ding #$%$ wants $50 and the offers are above 20. he's saying no and go away. so longs suffer.
this is the one that stops in November of this year per an article on my broker. They dropped the research deal.
so if it's that good, buy us out at $25 next week. geez, someone get on the stick.
someone in the FDA needs to be shot and killed for good. they stopped these trials. People probably died for not getting the drug. Why doesn't someone go and take that department out??? it's insane. They need to lose all their jobs and work in MCD's. I hope all of their families die of cancer and don't get one mg of drug.
with this news, there are loads of companies. Let me list them and add to it if you want: LLY, GSK, MRK, CELG, AMGN, BIIB, BMY, ABT, AZN, GILD, SNY, NVS, Roche, PFE, and a bunch of others my mind won't recall (too much beer tonight). If ARIA has a goldmine, why isn't anyone putting up $30 or more to take them out and leverage the drugs????? What the helllllllllllllll are they waiting for???
I'm looking. What article?? so the article must be good if you're saying shorts knew and pushed the shares from 5 to 6.40. currently at 5.8 or so. do we run up again?
sure there will be. and the price will be over $50 a share. If you were high enough to know, you won't be on a message board.
Think about this. The insiders have shares and options. They'd all love to see the stock rise 400% in one day. Some might want 4000% so that's why an offer of say $30 might get rejected 99 times out of 100 with ARIA mgt. They want big and think big. For some, this is their last pony ride into the sunset. They want to make it a good one. Problem is that some other company might make a better drug and send inclusig to the garbage can. Their other compounds might fail in trials and they have nothing ever again. Nobody knows. But then again, maybe they find a drug that becomes a 10B a year seller and the shares hit 200 the next day. This can be argued either way. Only time will tell. The thing is that most bios go bust. For as long as ARIA is in business, they should be way ahead of the curve instead of where they are now.
if you're inside, I trust you. I was inside and saw every company (over 40 of them) look at one of our compounds. Years later, I saw 11 companies go after our best one. I didn't know who or at what price but I knew something was in the works. I wish if it were going to happen, it does so soon. I'm just about beyond frustrated.
that means no buyout whatsoever. news was just bs again. here we go back to 5.00
I just heard from one of the cleaning crew that berger is in his office getting the 10am hummer and is typing an email saying no buyout, no drug trial, no partnership, no nothing followed by ahhhhhhh, that was a good hummer.
I'm wondering if anything is happening. No news from this PR dept. they all need to be fire. lame POS division. it had to be something substantial for 60MM shares to trade.
