Yes, we all knew the Q1 EPS number was lowball but now that its been revised UP I see 2 problems.
1. Lose the POP that comes with a big beat.
2. Pressures stock as EPS becomes more visible.
Its better that being beaten with a bag of hammers, but not the great news we hope for when EPS are revised up 50% for a quarter. This one is flat line until June.
In that case sell the May 21's and sit tight.
First get your basis under $22 by selling Apr$22 Calls covered for .23 After expiration, sell the Jun$22 Calls covered for $1and your out with a profit providing the shares don't decline too much.
