i too am EXPECTING AS PROMISED, just try not to expect too much. it hurts more when they let you down. im bullish on solar3d, but good examples of what im talking about are last year this time they expected manufacturing news and pilot run. another example is, they said the third prototype would be done by the end of the second quarter and they waited until the 2Q results came out.

all I'm saying is as a good rule of thumb, EXPECT THE WORST, BUT HOPE FOR THE BEST.

admin kept deleting my post and I said this IHUB dictatorship is worse then North Korea.

then i got banned, no biggie i have a life, not worried

  • i have been expecting this news for over 12 months. i expect them to have nws that focuses on sunworks md energy and possibly other acqu. they may give another pr stating there plans for 2015, but the cell news wont come out. they will push it off to the side again. they have been "in talks" with manufacturers for the past 2 years supposedly.

dont hold you breathe, i think that sunworks will be the only news in coming months.

while i have to agree with you traders trade and dreamers dream, let me tell you of a little story about this kid who dreamed a dream

one day there was this kid and he was going to college, because he decided to change careers from autobody to IT. while going to college he said to himself "self, why not make money by cutting out the middle man". the middle man being an employer. so how does one get rid of the middle man and make money, then a light bulb went off in his head

he said if one was going to make money, then he should go strait to the source, WALL street

his eyes glowed with the color of green dollar signs. smile on his face and an unstoppable bright future

first he thought he needs a little nest egg or something to get started so he was able to get some monies together and purchase 15 shares of this, 15 shares of that, until he diversified so much with only a small amount of money that he finally figured out "with all the buy in prices sell prices, taxes, this is just not working" and if it did it would take a life time to make even 100k from 1k-2k. so what did this 20-some year old think of

the present growing concerns bad economy energy sector then thought of the future Technology energy solutions - yatzee solar.

now he knew this would not be n over night gig and in fact it could take years, but with the situation he was in now, it looked like he had plenty of years to wait. so he went and looked at certain stocks and found all solar stock had sky rocketed 2 years prior, then tanked like a lump of coal in a lake. well he said to himself solar will be a great source of power as technology gets better and efficiency gets higher. so his next step was not just to find a solar stock, but one that had a vision. a vision that could change the future of the world and revolutionize how people think of energy. so after a few weeks he came across SOLAR3D and invested @ 1cent

after 4 years his dream came true, why couldnt someone elses come true @ .20

sorry auto correct, meant to say multi-junction. and that significantly raises the costs, which is way to expensive for commercial and residential use. solar3d looks to have a better chance of manufacturing their cell profitably.

nope, the Australian one had a multiplication cell, which is way too expensive for commercial and residential use. solar 3d seems to be using traditional semiconductor manufacturing, sounds promising if they can deliver......

i have already stated this a month ago and gave evidence with certain key words the ceo said in a motley fool interview./..........

  • if anything, it gives us great exposure. i think it will be a green day........

  • hey guys,

dont hesitate to invest in SLTD- they are in a league of there own and they just proved this by gaining acceptance from sunpower.

look into solar3d and i think you will be pleasantly surprised...................................

i could give you a very realistic PPS this time next year, but it all depends on the news. so i will break up the price depending on certain new.

no manufacturing deal or cell yet in production, but purchased other installers- 1 dollar (depending on size of projects)

have a manufacturer and purchased other installers, but no cell in production- 1.5 dollars

have a manufacturer, validity of cell and purchased other installers, but no cell in production- 2-2.5 dollars

have a manufacturer, validity of cell, pilot run in process and purchased other installers, but no cell in production- 3-4 dollars

have a manufacturer, validity of cell, successful completion of pilot run, cell in production and purchased other installers- who know, then if the cell really does double the power for the same cost coefficient, then this would reduce the TCO by 50% and push solar to grid parity around 80% of the world.

sky's the limit if the last step happen solar3d would single handedly change the economics of electricity and rooftop solar revolution would be the next economical boost for generations to come.

but until that happens, i think between a 1-1.5 is a good start end of year 2015.

from where it is now, thats another 500-750% increase.

put 10,000$ in now and get 50,000-75,000 dollars in return......EZ money in one year

do the CEO and members of the board stock feel the effect of a reverse split??????........

i would feel much better if they did

not saying we will get a reverse split..

if you look at the amount of shares ......say.......elon musk has in tesla (28.9 million), then 20 million for some of our members is not to bad.

musk also has 20 million shares in solarcity.

so these numbers are not that unusual.

so i ask again, do the CEO and members of the board stock feel the effect of a reverse split??????........

  • this company started with the solar cell and it looks like in order for investors to stay invested the company will have to capitalize on the solar cell with solid news. the news is great yesterday about looking to up list to a senior exchange, yet no one cares. the rise in PPS for this company will rely on the cell news. lets hope we get the cell news we all expect soon!!!

    that's the real news hear!

  • chris.marcocci chris.marcocci Dec 5, 2014 9:33 AM Flag

you are able to get a secondary public offering. Im not 100 % sure but they could do a reverse merger then have the secondary??????

I AGREE, and I didn't sell. I just like to kick up some dirt every once in a while to see how others react. I feel it is good to get a little controversy going now and again to get a conversation going with the new people. i did however make some good point with the company, that they are behind schedule based on prior PR's and how we relly dont have much evidence to go off of if there is a cell or not.. im sure they would not lie, but with out proof there is no pudding........

but I also know it takes time and even if it takes one more year (please i hope not) that it would be worth the wait. solar will take off on its own regardless. i would just hate to see another cell come out then solar3d would have to compete and lose market share in cell sales..

last thing, while im sure in due time we will climb the ladder, i still cant believe we are at these levels price wise. especially with the anticipated growth and cell. i really do think the stock is being manipulated to stay at lower prices, why, i don't know. perhaps they want to stay under the radar while acquiring smaller businesses.

i thought the stock would be around .5 cents by now at least and have some SOLID cell news.

    owell, maybe next year.......

for the past 4+ years they have been leading us on. and we never hear any solid news about the solar cell. they dilute the stock, sell stock and still nothing. sure we got installation companies, but at what cost, the investors cost!! the cell is not there it is a figment of our imagination. trust me i have been here fo rthe past 4+ years and all iv heard are promises. while at the same time im losing out on profits from other companies.

have fun sitting in the water as they dilute the stock further, im going to another solar company like sunpower or solarcity. they are down right now and it is the perfect time to invest in them.

im sick of be led on with this company, you will be sitting around for another year or two with false promises, while they dilute the stock further and pretend like they are buying installations companies, AS A STRATEGIC PLAN.

    it is all BS

    buyer beware

a long long long time investor, that got sick of the games, BS pumps, and broken promises.....
