Apply for a job as one of the product managers. I hope you get it. First team meeting make all of these recommendations. There would not be a 2nd meeting for you.
Nothing more, nothing less...tomorrow is a new day and October-December is going to be fun to watch...if shorts think nothing is about to change, they are highly mistaken...cover today my friends...
Looking good for Q3 performance after the receipt of $150M is cash and a $175M line of credit. My assumption is Q4 will look very good as well with many potential catalysts on deck...then launch and revenue. Sanofi didn't have to pay MNKD until this Friday but paid before the end of the quarter which is good for both parties. If shorts don't see that it's up from here, or very very soon it is up from here, then they are in denial.
Does LJPC have revenues? I think that is the difference with AMBS and a lot of these OTC companies that reverse split to uplist. Revenue generation is a major stabilizing factor here for share price going into and after uplist.
Ask anyone with asthma how happy they are to have inhaled drugs.
Just checked. They do not have any revenue and they are mostly pre clinical and the most late stage trial is Phase 2. That's the difference. Lympro will be generating revenue by Jan 2015 at the latest. A reverse split and uplist in conjunction with revenue will have a much different effect than ACTC. Revenue will be the key factor that keeps the price stable and rising after uplist.
All I know is we now have $175 LOC and hopefully Sanofi pays the $150M by tomorrow to get it in the 3rd Quarter. I am not sure about all of the accounting related to COGS. Too many spec moving parts.
Their managed care teams are already likely working on this. I am sure they will be included on most formularies by December at an equal listing to novolog and Humalog. This is an important pre launch step that will be done very effectively. Think less hypo, weight neutrality, at least equal pricing less needle cost. Managed care will be all over it.
Thought about this for a very long time. If not a professional basher, certainly a passive aggressive retail flipper. He does provide some good DD at times but my feeling is that it's on the upswing each time. I just don't se why a 'long' would post so much negativity. I am all for calling out some things now and again but the frequency in which he does it makes me believe the agenda is to cause confusion and doubt to suppress the price. Buy back in Kevin. It's time.
I would typically say 3-5 months in advance of launch. However, launching over the holiday season is never ideal. Would not be surprised if it didn't really start until Jan. I do think it will be earlier though.
For anyone that knows this industry - your comment just showed how little you know about the process.
When they push to 'go' button on this launch you will know it...
And all those things are being finalized or already finished right now. They just need someone to manage the roll out and execution.
What moving parts do you see? What needs to be done to finalize the deal?
