to the management team that still lives in Austin. Its easy to make up a fake LLC in Canada and call it Strong Box Solutions. Its simply stealing money from others. Crossroads is everything that is wrong with the stock market. Fraud being aggressive in trying to manipulate money out of smaller investors --I mean really Jeff Eberwein should spend 10 years in jail and the counterparts should all get 5 and made to give back every penny they have stole. Its disgusting.
A new %.2% holder--Moab eating up hundreds of thousands of shares the bigger holders increasing stakes--where do the shares come from--there are none left??
This is disgusting how these funds ran the price down to load up on the cheap. How can this be explained to the SEC? and why doesn't the company immediately look into this? I have 10k shares and while I don't have what they have---my shares should be considered just as valuable and important and they are not. Thats a brahc of fiduciary responsibility
Ariel Royce and Moab now own more than 50% of the company. Volume flipping hands and manipulated like there was no SEC organization even on this earth. No noise from company--this is being primed to sell soon.
If you bought in the 1s and it now sells for 30 you did a great job. Sell it and find something else. You miss one double but you caught a 3000% gain.
So you buy a car for 80k and you dont think the second you drive it out its worth 15K less/ Thats the car business. Higher end models depreciate harder and of course harder to sell--why because people want new ones not 50k used ones. I recently bought my son a jaguar to drive around town 1994 for 2500 bucks thta had 40k original miles on it. Same car cost 60k in 1994--I mean 40k miles --same thing can be said about many many luxury cars pay alot depreciate a lot--bottom line.
