Best class management? Have you even been in their stores? They tell you they can't help and you have to call 1-800 all the time. When you call 1-800, they tell you their supervisor is not there yet and you have to call again. I wanted to renew my on iPad two weeks ago, they charged me 9 times on my credit card but still no renewal. When I called them, they admitted it was their fault and would refund me but they forgot. I called again twice but still didn't get my refund. I rated them the worst management.

I bought a French clock from Czech for 1199, the dial cracked ( not from shipping) and the clock doesn't work. Ebay made me paid for the return shipping which cost me over 150. Why should I pay for something which is not as described and damaged? Ebay disappoints both sellers and buyers. I was a loyal ebay buyer for 6 years. I don't want to pay 150 for nothing so I keep the not working, defected clock.
Do you have to say #$%$" at a typo? At first I wanted to write" I don't like their service neither", then I changed my mine but forgot the "neither". Is that a crime? I guess everybody knows what I was trying to say except you..
As an ebay buyer, I hate their service neither. I have spent over 10,000 on ebay last month but I am going to quit. Their policy sucks.
I was a loyal Ebay buyer for 7 years till yesterday, lighting fast payer and had spent over 30K in these years . I just found the service, management and police of ebay is ridiculous. Advice for ebay buyers: don't buy anything international and over 1000. You will end up paying over $200 for returning or you will end up with a broken, strikes at the wrong time and cracked dial clock for $1199. I sold all my ebay stocks and say good bye to ebay.
Are you sure you called? I called yesterday and someone answered in 2-3 minutes.
I thought If buyer doesn't like the item, he/she has to return it to get the refund. That's not fair.
