SGEN is currently 80% of my porto and has been it before - was just wondering about the potential conflict of interest. But BB run the best oiled bio machinery in the world so maybe I should just enjoy the ride.
Cheers from Copenhagen,
Having owned SGEN for years I am starting to wonder about buyout in the not so distant future.
However if the brothers have just added to their holdings how would that collide with insider trafing regulation them having a management position in SGEN.
What I am saying is - is a near term buyout ruled out by the recent "insider" trades?
Being a Danish attorney I have no clue on US regulation on insider trading so pardon my ignorance :)
Then why are you here?
No new to positions to spend your time studying?
Pretty standard procedure for this type of application and normal statement by the branded drug company - Just sell if you dont believe in OREX!
VVUS received the same notice a year ago.
On the plus side - it shows there is interest in Contrave!
Plus it proves that there is A LOT of interest in Contrave - it is very normal for generic drug companies to file this type of application where there is money to be made. After all that is waht generic drug business is all about.
Booth sure was well prepared and positive on the future of Contrave - Too bad we are losing him.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
