Price fell today because of panic selling. There is no chance of BK with the financing in place. As soon as the "faint of heart" have sold all their holdings at this level - the PPS will increase.
1.5 million shares traded in the first half hour today. All sold under $1.40 per share. Really? Why would any stockholder sell at these prices? The shorts and manipulators are laughing at you. The company now has cash and financing. They will not go bankrupt any time soon. There is no reason to panic! My guess is that nearly all of those 1.5 million shares were sold at a loss. Idiots!
The Federal Government should stop buying and stockpiling oil. They have plenty and with them buying at these high prices (over $80 per barrel) They are using my tax money to compete with me for a products that I buy every week. They should switch to the creation of a Rare Earth Elements Reserve. In the modern world, rare earths are more important to our military supply chain than oil. How can we MCP stockholders and industry promoters encourage the Federal Government to make such a change?
I just saw this "day before earnings announcement" phenomenon with another stock I am holding, MCP. They announced new financing the day before the quarterly earnings report. The PPS really popped because the public saw that they had sufficient capital to continue operations for more than another year. In this case the funding announcement was timed to offset a bad earnings report.
I've been monitoring the York, PA Plant on the SkyCam attached to my drone this morning. No limos spotted as of 11:39 AM. At 9:55 AM a coffee truck pulled up. AS bought a hot tea and a bagel. He used one packet of artificial sweetener, not real sugar. 10:17 AM saw a scratched up UPS van. Driver had receiving sign for 8 interesting looking packages. They remain on the loading dock at this time. 11:22 AM saw Irma Hammerschmagel drive up in her 1992 pea green Toyota Camry. She carried a small brown bag to the employee entrance and rang the bell. Looks like Fred forgot his lunch - AGAIN!
There is a reason the stock shot upward this morning and a reason that it ended with a more modest gain today. I don't know why but I know that we will all find out soon enough. And when the reason is clear, the longs will be smiling.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Left for the course at 10:30 AM. Shot and 84 with 6 pars and a birdie. No holes more than 6 strokes - two on the front and three on the back.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Shorts will try to keep the PPS down with lowball 200 share trades. If we hold tight and stop selling at these prices, the PPS will have to move up. Stop giving away your valuable shares for $2.25. Hold now for a fair valuation later today or hold long like me.
Sad to see you go Kirk. I counted on your analysis and steadfastness in the past. As for me, I'm in until $0 or $14. Time will tell.
OK. I was wrong. I didn't say it but I expected UNIS to close between $3.40 and $3.60 yesterday. My reasoning was that I did not expect shareholders to be willing to sell their shares below $3.00 after the good news of 7/30. Well they did. Buyers found sellers willing "give their shares away" on the biggest volume day in a long time. I too plan to sell many of my shares someday, but my selling prices are: $4.94 (sell order in place), $8.00, and 16.00. And then I would still hold 50% of my long term position (depending on the dividend or expected dividend). So at what point do the shorts take notice and start covering? Well it's not $2.70 as was proven yesterday.
"accelerating investment to meet increasing demand" and example of bad news: "decelerating investment due to decreased demand." Comprende tonto?
