management here could care less about you. They are too busy getting rich for their total non-performance. FREE STOCK EVERYONE. Get it before people catch on and the whole market collapses. Greedy B's........
what about performance. Shouldn't these guys be rewarded only if they enhance shareholder value? Otherwise, we are giving them shareholder money for nothing. Where's their incentive?
No wonder the public thinks the markets are fixed. Just a few guys in management making millions for doing nothing. And don't give me that retention BS. Who would hire these guys away?
Management uses corporate money to buy back stock so that they can sell their free stock at higher prices. Good job guys. Never mind dilution.
It is reprehensible when management prospers and shareholders suffer. Do the right thing, shop the company and let someone who is competent run the company.....Sell it. You guys have made enough for your poor, non-performance!
the reason insiders are getting hundreds of thousands of shares for zero cost options? Shouldn't there be SOME incentive for them to perform, instead of just getting free stock and then selling at the market? Why not make them exercisable at $10. Give these guys some incentive. They don't care about small shareholders.
Oh, maybe they give them all that free stock to retain them. I'm sure other companies are beating down the doors to get these guys. Let's take our chances. Don't give them any free stock and see if they leave. The only way these clowns will leave is if we kick them out the door.
Once again, management prospers while shareholders suffer!
OK. I'm going to sell all my shares at the open tomorrow. Thanks for tipping us off. You are a good Samaritan.
Thanks for posting your great analysis. Did you go to Wharton?
I think we should award him zero cost options for such a wonderful job. That way, every quarter he can get 25,000 shares for free and at the same time sell them for $6. I have other stocks where they do that and management is horrible too (HLIT).....Join the great corporate rip off Condella. Everyone else is doing it. Zero cost options is the way to go. Every company does it now. Management gets rich and shareholders suffer!!!!
If you had your choice, would you want to continue to grant management huge amounts of stock at no cost (and their huge salary) to be able to retain these guys, or would you rather NOT give them all this free stuff and fear losing these geniuses to another company?
You know my answer already.......
Relax. Invest for the long term here. Don't out think yourself. This stock will be in the 30's sometime next year. Don't look at the stock ever hour. Risk/reward is tremendous here.
We must be hearing the same thing. I can't wait until next week. Good things are coming, despite the shorts and their hideous games............
I never buy a stock unless I calculate the risk/reward associated with buying that stock. The risk/reward is fantastic here. Great entry point. Nothing is sure in life and anything can come out of left field. However, you can't make investment decisions based on that !
That's right. Warren Buffet always says it's reprehensible when management prospers and shareholders suffer. Welcome to HLIT Warren.
