It apparently allows management to entrench them selves and draw big salaries and zero cost options. What a gig they have.
Do the even have a Board of Directors? If they issue those zero cost options in an effort to keep management, I say let's not give them any, let them leave and let's try someone else. I'm willing to take that chance!
I like these guys, even though we have our differences. I'm willing to share my ideas with them, if they stop crying and start acting civil. They know my record. I can make them a lot of money.
My target on this selloff is S & P 1,867, NASDQ 4,116 and Dow 15,370. When we get there, I'll be buying. If you act nice, I will tell you guys what I'm buying. Are you guys on board? Let me know. No hard feelings.
OK, but don't you think 20% is still a lot? And what makes you so sure they will know what to do with those funds when they get them? If history is any guide, they'll screw up and we go back to $8.
topro, I'm willing to put my reputation on the line here against yours. I say we get no "deal" or if we do, the stock will sell off. I say we go below $10 before we get to $15. You on? Let's bet a case of beer. (Corona)......
As I say, if you forget history, you are doomed to repeat it.
I really like topro and he apparently is a very smart guy. However, why is he so angry and condescending when someone posts an alternative view? And has he ever given us some hard facts to make an investment decision? NO. Are we supposed to just blindly believe what he says on here?
Not only was he wrong 5 years ago, THE STOCK LOST 90% OF IT'S VALUE. I'm not picking a fight, just giving the facts!
