    The annual report is a more detailed this year then those or former years. I loved the details about their expansion plans in Dallas. The also bought back more units. This LP is still undervalued based on FFO - you get more than a 10% cash yield with very little leverage. I actually averaged up and bought a few more units around 1150$. This is an ~10% position for me. I have a lot of confidence, that this will compound in the high single digits and maybe low double digits for a long time.

    I bought this today after the busted secondary. I think the asset light model with PMT providing the capital makes this quite attractive, if they can grow their asset base. The company is apparently not well followed and having Countrywide folks running this company is certainly not helping. I do believe there is opportunity here and hence place a small bet. I purchased my shares below 16$.
