Hi Ultra, did you get my email with my share info? Sent to your aol address - if not I will send again….

  • Ah, the first one just got too confusing with all the scrolling down, what was new and old…

    Anyway, just a few things…

I want to thank Ultrasuede for keeping this at the top of our agenda, I hope that everyone who is interested has been emailing him. I still like the activist shareholder tactic, this company belongs to ALL of us, and by all evidence I think it should be worth a lot more - I would like to think we can make a difference...

Two, it looks like Vanguard has possibly increased their holdings to 1.2 million shares, that's pretty huge. I think last year the biggest institutional holder was Fidelity with 150k in shares? Hmmm, I wonder if we could find out who at Vanguard believes in this stock and invite them to the discussion.

See institutional holdings link… (I don't know if the mutual fund holdings at 500k are included in the 700k or if they are separate?)

Ok, that's it for now, glad to see there are so many here that believe in this company

  • Ultra, what's your email address? Or you can privately email it to me, I am CLRunner911 at the normal Yahoo account…. Thanks

I'm on board with the idea... A few questions:

-We form a body to represent us.
-I think it's pretty obvious who would be best suited to represent us as head of that body - MK or OU, what do you say?
-How about for starters, hiring a lawyer, etc each of us pledges to contribute 1% of the value of our stocks to a fund? So, $50k in TGC stock would be a $500 pledge....? Or maybe 0.5% which would be $250? Wow, that's a lot of trust to place in Internet friends, but hey many of us have been here for years and sometimes you have to go with your instinct, and I think MK or OU would represent us.

Also wondering what does "pooling our shares" mean? We keep the shares in our names and accounts, but pledge to vote en-bloc?

MK or OU, would you be willing to set up an email account where all of us interested parties can discuss this in private?

    Ok, what do you say?

Well, I don't know about you all, but I would be willing to chip in some money in order to send Oubobcat to the shareholder meeting. Not sure where you live Oubobcat, but 10 of us at $100 should be able to get you there and a hotel for a few nights... I would say it would definitely be worth it for me. Who's with me on this one?

What do you say Oubobcat, "If we can raise the dough, will you go?"

    What, you mean Kangasco?

    Or maybe Tengansas?

    Or KantengasMcInturf?

Ah in the end, even if it's not about Tennessee, Tengasco has the nicest ring to it.

We could also start saying that the "ten" stands for "Ten on a scale of one to ten" of course 10 being the best. or maybe we just buy up nine more companies, that's Ten Gas Companies....

Maybe I'm drinking too early today,,,.
