Adding more R&D resources as well as beefing up the IP portfolio with the BASF deal. Seems like a couple of positive moves to me. Regarding BASF, it almost seems like the industry is beginning to accept and maybe even appreciate the simplification of having UDC as a consolidated source for licensing IP. Just a thought.
Thinking back I diworsified and rebalanced all of my best stocks, ISRG, VLO, and GMCR only to watch them continue to rise. Food for thought. I'm starting to focus on dividends now too, looking to retire in a few years. Have some CSCO, several others, and thinking about adding to my VLO as its pulled back. Enjoy your retirement! Time for me to get to work...
I've had to sell shares twice recently to keep my OLED holdings under 10% of the total value of my portfolio. Good problem I suppose and probably a wise strategy but wow, it's cost me some serious gains. I'm sure I'm not alone.
Respect your decision on that trade but I don't think this run is over. Like you I have a long position and shares I trade. Holding the long forever (whatever that means) and the other shares until at least $60. Just my opinion. You made money on your trade and that's a win. Period.
