(NASDAQ:SPPI) and individual defendants, saying that the plaintiffs sufficiently pled that the biopharma company made misleading statements in the context surrounding its cancer treatment drug.
Don't forget FDA came early with our last approval. Over a month I believe. Could actually come before oct 23.
IF this does 15-30 Million a year by end of year 2 then it has been a huge success. Diversity in the pipeline is not something to sneeze about. You never know when one of the products is found to be useful off label. More drugs approved more likely this occurs.
Why no details of what SPPI Paid? I can't see a company licensing the product to us to sell and covering all the costs. Whats in it for them?
Don't we still have protection through 2018 with our Orphan Designation regardless of the patent. This is is on us. I posted 2 weeks ago the threat and the case was going against us...
Interesting being held in NYC with an Investor day. Looks like results must be okay.
There is a poster on Twitter (who is not a SPPI regular) who picks stocks based on his understanding of Court Cases sees real threat from the Sanofi claim. He says the judge agreed with Sanofi that they did NOT infringe on Spectrum's Patent. He concluded that Fusliev Sales would be hurt by this. Anyone want to bring some clarity to the lawsuit situation. Our recent downtrend started around that time as did the increase in shorting.
