how cold they NOT pay a dividend when they just sold shares last month through the ATM? Seems like they should have known they weren't going to pay.
Miller Energy's board has not made a decision regarding the payment of the next quarterly dividend related to the Company's 10.75% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock and its 10.5% Series D Fixed Rate / Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.
Dosen't matter if they own 51%, if the offer is unfair and inadequate they will be made to pay up. With 5.00 in cash they are only paying 6.50 for the assets and technology. I would love to know how the company was shopped.
This is a LONG rode to go down. The decision is not due until next year at the earliest. Next they will have to make a prototype I guess, then testing......BTW how long should the testing be for UPS and the others? No one says.
The real demand is in TRUCKS. Think UPS, FED EX, COKE, POST OFFICE, CINTAS, etc. The routes are less than 60 miles and go back to one place to charge. Here is what I think is the Tesla of trucks. . . . http://www.thestreet.com/video/13066042/amp-holding-ceo-electric-trucks-with-delivery-drones-coming-soon.html
What do you think?
Standard Equipment and Alpha Baking place orders! I am starting to get excited their time may be getting nearer! If they can get Frito Lay to try them, who has the largest fleet of Environ Responsible vehicles, the company would be earth shattering.
