I sent an e-mail requesting info/news if any.
She replied back this morning. Said she can't disclose any info that isn't already out there. Said that they are still in the process of collecting data from OVAX trails. Which will be analyzed and then sent to the FDA.
On a brighter note for the company - she states she is determined to reposition the company and add new talent in order to get it back into the mainstream (Para phrased).
    I must admit. I wasn't expecting a reply back - happily surprised.

I for one have "NO" agenda.
I bought this stock based on premise that NNLX would put out a viable life saving product and also that the company would become successful financially from a stock holders point of view.
The shareholders have waited and waited, listened to one excuse after another and Nanologix is NO further ahead than it was three years ago. What happened to all those big contracts that were supposed to happen? You know, the FDA, EAP, hospital groups, etc, etc, etc.?
Nanologix, through it's BOD and CEO have turned this stock into a laughing stock and the share price shows it very clearly. You have a CEO that has has appointed three of his old "buddies" as the BOD. At the beginning it WAS put out that there would be shareholder meetings yearly (and that is the law), with BOD elections as well. Have we had that (no excuses now!)? You have a CEO that changed a Patent application for the flatpack and made himself the assignee when it was originally the company (oh! I forgot that was a cut and paste error by the patent lawyer). If you look at my posts, there are none that attack the product. My post go after the ONE person and his "buddies" that have run this company into the ground.
    All in my opinion

It would appear that Firebird has two members on the board.
Mr. Passin - He in charge of more Firebird branches than you can shake a stick at.
Mr. Morrell - a graduate of the Wharton School of Business.
Looks like they think things are going to pan out well. Or, they wouldn't waste their time..... and money

    Financials - virtually non existent.
Patents - put into BB's name - not the companies!
    No shareholder meetings
    No BOD elections
Time for a change in management and BOD. Maybe then (just maybe) this company would be salvageable.
This is a "PUBLIC" company - "NOT a "PRIVATE" one.
    Just my opinion

fire bb and fire the bod. Bring in a ceo and a bod that will get the job done. Investors deserve better than this garbage running of a company.

No innuendo at all. Just says something when a PUBLIC company won't put out financials to let INVESTORS know the financial health and direction of a company. Don't worry Erick, the tooth fairy may just visit you after all.
And yes I believe BB lent money to NNLX. But that still has to be shown as to how much was lent (and when) and the payments (When and How much) returned to BB. It's called BUSINESS.

Still waiting for financials. Until then.... you don't know how much BB is skimming off the top for himself as far as a royalty payment is concerned. Who knows, could be .05 cents for BB and .95 cents for the company "OR" it could be .80 cents for BB and .20 cents for the company. Until he puts out full financials like a "PUBLIC" company should --- you'll never know. Ever wonder WHY he doesn't put out full financials????

When has any e-mail/news update come to fruition? Other than pumping the flatpack patents - "to which BB, has made the assignment rights to himself". Doesn't appear to be working very hard at sales of products. I don't call a "whopping" 24K in sales anything to right home about - especially after all these years of just playing around. What about that sales guy they hired any word from him???????
    Just my opinion.

Oh, and by the way. When do we get financials.

  • coalpilejohnny by coalpilejohnny Sep 2, 2015 4:05 PM Flag

Down again. Can't figure out why???????????????????????????????????????
Could the company be doing something wrong?????????????????

  • coalpilejohnny coalpilejohnny Oct 28, 2015 11:34 AM Flag

    I'd be worried that:
    1) No firm ownership is known for N-Assay
2)What is the licensing deal with Nanologix
    3) If there "is" a licensing deal? What are the terms(royalties)?
    4) Why have there not been ANY financials put out showing "All" sales transactions INCLUDING royalty payments.
    5) What percent is the royalty payments set at? 3%, 5%, 80%?????
    6) What kind of management keeps it's shareholders in the dark like Bret does?
A simple audited financials is a necessity. This is a PUBLIC company, "NOT" a PRIVATE one.
If there is nothing to hide ---- Put out full audited financials.

    Also Nanotool,
There is NO 'moronic" hatred of BB. None at all.
When an investor invests in a company there are certain expectations of fiduciary duty to be performed by the management of a PUBLIC company.
    Such as:
Regular, accurate and up to date financials. You know money going out, money coming in.
Shareholder meetings on an annual basis.
BOD votes on a pre-designated time table.
Patents NOT put into the companies name and to which the financial terms of the royalty agreement have NEVER come out.
Real news, Not just some adhock website news item thrown out when it's only to the benefit of management. To which the vast majority have NOT come to fruition over the years. EPA, ring a bell
Now, if you are content to invest with your head continuously buried in the sand and worship at the alter of BB, be my guest. I'll choose to keep an eye on my investment(s) and voice my concerns as I see fit.

    OK Nanotool,
No one is accusung anybody of anything.
No I won't remove my post. And how much is BB getting in royalty payments? Do you know? Does anyone know. This is a public corporation. Investors have the right to know of the financials of the company. You know---How much is spent, how much is made. Expenses like BB's royalty for the patents that should be in the companies name, etc.
I don't normally call somebody an IDIOT, but you are one.

Don't forget for even "one" second that the original application for the flatpack patent had Nanologix listed as the "assignee" to the patent. BB had that changed and put into HIS name as assignee around the time the patent was approved. You are right on the royalty fee going back to the CEO. The question is --- What is the royalty percentage? 3%, 5%, 75%??? True financials covering everything have and probably will never come out. "running it like a private family business - not a public company."
    Just my opinion.

    Sentiment: Strong Sell

I'll bet you can't guess who's relative it was in Switzerland that made prediction. Same family as the one who predicted $2.00/share and has/had a Swiss message board for the uber faithful? To the pump, to the pump to the pump, pump, pump!
    Just my opinion.

I bought the other day at .017 + I already had shares. volume comes-volume goes - like an ebbing tide on a daily bases. Although some new tidbit of news would be nice.
