The last thing we want is Sierra World hyping our stock. Those people are total frauds.
Institutional buying is going to dry up the float and daytraders will not be able to manipulate the stock. We closed near the HOD and volume remains strong. I believe we will hit the $100 mark next week.
Question for you - What happens when a daytrader shorts a biotech stock on a huge gap up day when about 95% of these moves have a sharp sell-off at the end of the day but with this particular one the news on a cancer treatment is so incredible that you don't have any selling? You guessed it. The new short realizes he's trapped and has to cover before the end of the day and only adds fuel to the move.
Rockwell will definitely be taken out but hopefully not for a while. I would like to see it gap up and trade for a while in the 30's. That would set us up for a $60+ buyout. Holding my shares until then.
There appear to be 8 institutional and mutual funds that are holding from 1 to 2 million shares. With a 50% haircut in two days, the losses are huge to these organizations. Would you continue to hold your long position under these conditions? Absolutely not. Fund managers will be looking to unload on any bounce and if there is no bounce, they will start making market orders just to get out. Today is going to be a very brutal day for TTS.
Class action attorneys are already moving on this allegation. If it is true, they will find it during discovery. And if true, nobody will want to be long this stock. Today's plummet will only be the start.
Trading will be halted tomorrow during panel review so if you are wanting to exit your position, you have less than one hour. My guess is a $3-4 bump on panel recommendation (very likely) but then the wait for FDA decision will keep the PPS in a tight range.
What AF is trying to do is put a cap on today's move. They have probably succeeded. Fear will cause many a weak hand to sell.
We've been seeing buyers coming in on any pullback for the last few days. Let's see if the same happens today. There are a lot of nervous longs out there after this huge run.
Market looks forward, not back. With current growth rate, this has room to run. Massive buy volume says it all. Institutional buying will continue to push this into the 60's.
I am very confident we will break thru 12 tomorrow.
However, there is no denying the world's need for ree. The short position will continue to hold MCP back but a breakout above 8 with volume could move us up to 11 very quickly.
