Jonas Prising too, another man I very much respect. Perhaps it's because we all originated from a similar area of Europe by origin that we have the innate trait to be honest and forthright.
These 2 gentleman are terrific managers and leaders. I have known many in the employment industry but there are few that give you a feeling of truthful perspectives and direction. Those are traits that are more valuable in a leader of a corporation than anything else I can think of. Jeff and Jonas possess it, managers underneath seeking to aspire keep that in mind.
Character is a precious commodity, nurture it and develop it the right way!!
My name is not really Bob Cob ;) I used to work at Manpower and was drawn there by CNBC interviews I watched of Jeff Joerres representing Manpower. He is a great CEO and I had the privaledge of working for one of the best CEO's. Honesty and integrity are not to be taken lightly but I can truly say Jeff represents those qualities very well. Now looking at Manpower's growth and earnings revisions that continually go up and are beaten by the company, I believe the market needs to take notice. We may truly be returning to the job market days of the late 90's when Clinton was in office.
I am not sure about the rest of you but for me it was the best time period of my life!! I had more job opportunities and offers at a given time that made me feel good inside. It has been a while since I have had that feeling of empowerment. I think the U.S. is returning to the elite powerhouse it once was. The next leadership regime will prove to be very important in defining the next decade. Are we going to have the same old bickering or will we have a group that stands up and truly leads us forward!!
Thank you Jeff, you have continued to make Manpower a great safe, solid long term investment that I am proud to own.
I see Alpha running to mid $7's and sustaining from Nat gas movement
I am not saying Arch will zoom to $6-7 but it should move firmly back to mid $5's with the nat gas movement once the market realizes the impact it will have. Great news for the coal sector!!
But this was a .05 stock for the longest time with a similar float and all of the sudden it is nearing .40 As always you have board rats chasing their tails too scrared to make a conviction of belief in anything or just flat out feer mongering #$%$!! Well I don't ever buy based on post but appreciate the price coming down so I can add more. Thanks skunks!! ;)
With huge potential and the backing of a Co Founder of Amgen who is seriously invested with his own money for the future of Amarantus. So don't fret and be scared by penny mongerers and just buy more on pull backs and sit tight until June!! You will be very happy you kept a pair until then!! You are in good hands with the leadership team and Amgen Cofounder!!
Worth a market of close to $750 MIllion!! Forget about the Penny here Penny there morons they will never have any money because they don't see the light and are without vision! This is the real deal and supported and invested in a Co Founder of Amgen!! Nothing more needs to be understood. Opinions are like ?(&^ holes nobody wants to hear them or wants them!
Follow the intelligence and forget the weak and you will make money, This is a once in a lifetime stock!! Good night and good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! See you at $5 and then $10 in two years. That'a the plan!~
Excellent informative post!! Thank you for sharing the insight on Mary Penderast. That is terrific news!! I hope she taught the management at Impax what to finally do, what equipment etc. Thanks!!
The main reason are the synergies and addition of drugs in IPXL's future pipeline. Then the immediate add of $436 plus Million in cash straight to Teva's balance sheet makes the the deal a no brainer.
Addition of acrretive earnings, potential add of generic Oxycontin with a generic authorization from Purdue with Impax by 2016 ($2.5 billion) and Rytary a proprietary Parkinson's drug that is nearly approved to help off set Copaxone. Just some thoughts to consider......
on the books with NO debt. Rumors are swirling that Mylan would be interested in a share for share merger with IPXL. Currently IPXL is at $25 or less and Mylan $46.
I believe the announcement would send the shares of Mylan firmly over $50 because they too incurred heavy debt in past deals. That $436 mill in cash and earnings that will be instantly accretive may be something Teva wants to take a hard look at?? We all know Copaxone is loosing protection and IPXL has Rytary.
Just an idea but Teva and Impax have been partners in the past??
If they actually received $60 million this would be a $6-7 dollar stock the next day, I am not kidding either!!
I forgot to mention, I am Bullrun321, later ;)
Tannis do you remeber Bullrun321 from the PRX boards when they were still public? I was the guy that pushed hard for them to consider selling themselves. I had emails of all the execs and was actually communicating with them until the general counsel of PRX jumped at me ;) Too funny how these execs behave sometimes. Some will play and answer your questions though.....
It is time to use your logic and throw your penny grabbing aspirations out the window. We have a co-founder of Amgen that is totally investing and believing this is the next huge advancement in Biotech development. You can sqaunder your measily little penny gains or follow a winner like Rubenfeld and watch it grow like a powerful Oak tree. I am in and accumualting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Glad to hear you're on to of it!! It is only trading around .11 and I agree there are monumental things coming down the pike. I go into it lightly after I read about the Co-Founder Rubenfeld's involvement. Yesterdays licensing deal was the tip, Rubenfeld has stepped up and is helping finance this co with his personal holdings. I guess you can do that when you originally start and launch Amgn ;)
Good luck, I am in big and holding tight!!!!!!!!
Has taken an interest in this little biotech. It's a shot in the dark and a real speculation but I like many others are speculators. The news today was the purchase of a drug in development that has potential. They are advancing to phase II and the drug is Parkinson's related that is why I thought a thread to Impax makes some sense. I bought 50lk shares today around .11/share. Maybe it goes much higher or maybe it does the opposite, that is the risk. The difference here is Rubenfeld is a Amgen founder and has a large equity interest in Amarantus. Something to look at nothing more maybe, or maybe????
Hopefully the entire plant was modernized with high tech fast production machinery with less requirements of human hands being involved ;)
Don't get me wrong they still need someone to run the machines but a great deal of money was put forward to refurbish and update that plant. Let's get it done and move FORWARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope someone from Mylan is at todays conference where IPXL is presenting??
She was beautiful and I was 26 and she was 38. She was sizing me for the suit and took in material around my inseem and when I turned around I saw her blush. Two weeks later I saw her at a city bar and the magic began on this carpet ride!! She had the most beautiful #$%$ I have had the pleasure of being involved with!! I will never forget you Carol!! You are one of my best memories!! ;)
