is PWC. They are aware of Ernst and Young paying $117 million in a settlement with stockholders for missing the hidden fraud as regular auditor for SNOFF. So PWC wants to expand the scope of the audit. Relative to self protection, the current stock price and anxiety of retail stockholders is of little concern. My guess is that they have found no issues but are very concerned about hidden liability. So as its regular auditor, maximum CYA at NQ's expense is a good strategy for PWC.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

I agree but Yahoo does not seem to care how much a MB is spoiled by obvious spam. Report Abuse seems to be there only to make readers feel better if they are annoyed. I see no indication that Yahoo acts on Abuse reports. Consequently I visit YMBs a lot less than I otherwise would. Yahoo does not care about that either.

Is it really a scam by shorts or hedge funds playing with it (austin7052)? Maybe it is this sentiment expressed by Stifel:
... "It is unclear if past tactics to reverse engineer the Google algorithm change and restore traffic will be effective this time."... When this becomes clear, won't the price react again? Scams, conspiracies, or panic reactions to the situation?

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

This finally showed up at theflyonthewall at 10.15 EDT:
"RetailMeNot, eBay among hardest hit by Google changes, SearchEngineJournal says
After Google (GOOG) rolled out Panda 4.0, an update projected to impact roughly 7.5% of English search queries, an immediate preliminary analysis showed that eBay (EBAY) and RetailMeNot (SALE) were among the hardest hit and lost "substantial" traffic, according to Search Engine Journal."
