I plan on buying this REIT in the near future through the dividend reinvestment plan. Can someone tell why the vacant properties numbers are going up. Is it just that it has more property now then in the past? Or are there other reasons? Has any body held this REIT for the long term can tell me if this is a good investment? I have been looking at other REIT also, but this one seems to be one of the better ones. Am I right?
