Heck, they probably could just issue FB shares to pay for it.

Heck, it would be great just to see FB make a offer and integrate their printing/packing products, via FB. It's a double double.

Sure they have fleets of attorneys on retainer and keeping them in shape (with trial) is sometimes the best path, but if DSS has FB by the balls.....it might just be a better option to throw out 8 bucks a share and forget the whole nightmare.

They could split off the printing/packing into another company and do a IPO after a few successful quarters. Walk away with hundreds of millions (on top of the returned initial investment.) If, one company could market this printing/packaging side....it is FB.

Some big buyers in HL today. NUGT has been going ape shoot that last few trading sessions. Wonder if this is the rally to 1500?

Goldmukwah, good to hear from you and keep posting.

I do have to agree with you Barking Dog. Laughing pretty hard, right now, after reading that.

Good one (even a blind squirrel gets a acorn every now and then.)

The gold standard doesn't inherently equate to being a positive for the direction of gold, i.e., read the chart from 1913 to 33 and 34 to 71. Initially, gold was given a huge increase.....like 40% in 1934, but after that.......little movement. The government did the initial value raise after they confiscated the populations gold; I don't see that confiscation happening again, e.g., there will be little push for the value increase. To many hands in the cookie jar.........gold standard will have to forced down capitalism's throat.

If, it does manage to make it to the table-------regulation can be a gift to business, viz. railroads, banks, trucking, various monopolies, for when there is regulation in business------the books are cooked so all can profit. Hopefully, that will be the case and they give gold a initial hefty boost and provide the mining business with a bloated platform to which they can spend at will, so all can prosper.

If a big chunk moves through....this should move up. There are no major sells in the ask. Hopefully, they announce another 100 bpd soon which would take us to 800.

Does anybody know what they are going to do with the cash from the lawsuit? Was hoping that they would keep a large portion of it, as a back up.

    Part Two.

Have often stated for years that "I know nothing and I can prove it" and 'the only thing that I am sure of the underlying truth that I am ignorant.' I say this often for humilities sake, but at the quintessential core of existence/reality.....those statements are inherently true, i.e., our senses are tricked into a classical materialistic reality, e.g., what we believe to be reality....is a illusion, and we will never know the real truth. Things are only truthful relational/relative to a individual.

One, can learn something from everyone and everyone has the potential to be a genius are common maxims of mine. I profoundly submit that I am no expert in anything and are merely delivering some of the goodies that I have found in various nooks and crannies on the path to enlightenment ( which is our innate goal). Consciously, aware that most don't like to receive it from me.

Psychology/Psychiatry, had a disability themselves, for decades. This disability was called Behavioralism, and they would basically monitor/observe past/present behavior and then treat it accordingly with a variety of cocktails and treatments, leaving the root of the problem/cause at the doorstep. Albeit, it was a important part of our evolution and a growth stage. There is some irony here, ' a paradox, so to speak.' i.e., Psychology/Psychiatry followed a erroneous train of thought for almost 40 years and you are making comments on my inability to accurately portray the causes and effects of the human ICH.

Drawn, apparently you have a hard time with reading comprehension. But, I would be willing to bet that this is a clever ruse to cover the tracks of malice (testimony tells me so). Remind you, when I discussed a bout of depression, almost a decade ago...was speaking in terms, from a decade ago. It took a couple of years to shake it, then we was robbed and it gave me a few problems, but I have felt great for years. Been goal oriented and achieving most of them. That robbery was a gift, for that is when I started to educate myself and write down all good ideas, thoughts, and words. One last thing on this......do you think I like talking about it? What freaking ego would? I'm just clearing up the BS wrapped up in it, for the deluded use it as a excuse to repress their malevolence. Honesty, not deception is the best remedy when dealing with a dipshoot who is on a lower level of consciousness.

You are right, in two aspects, i.e., people (men) have a hard time discussing the truth of the inability to control their inner thoughts, for their ego wants to always be in control and avoids the problem to save face. Individuals with higher levels of consciousness will be able to see their thoughts coming up and decide which one enters, anyhow, most men have thousands of unwanted thoughts a day, but they go unnoticed or repressed. This is why there is no value to human utterances or thoughts. And, the second aspect.......the power of depression, for it is a disabilitating condition that is impossible to complexly describe.

Moreover, clearly stated that I was not a victim and purported the self evident benefits of those that persecute. When one exposes persecution.....one brings more persecution, and I am consciously aware of this. Was merely showing the chain of events that led to my various effects, for the ignorant normally just look at the effect and avoid the underlying cause. And, the hidden root of all of this is money and the prevention of one obtaining it.

Drawn, I wasn't putting myself on the same plateau as those great minds. Was merely making a correlation between someone going through depression and turning it around to do great works. Heck I could have named 50 of them.

Why do you continue to use untrue slander to provide a shield/repress the fact that you are involved in the act of privation, which is......."the beginning of sin"? Thousands of felonious privations sugar coated to mask a envious ego trying to prevent the inevitable. I'm under the current conclusion that the creator does this on purpose, to provide a pre determined result. Why else, would so many educated people be bereft of logic and reason?

Was putting some siding on a ole ladies house, about 10 years ago. Anyway, fell off a ladder and broke my wrist. Had the surgery and it healed up within 5 weeks, but since I couldn't work/lift, and just quit drinking, fell into a depression and felt my self slipping. Had some problems sleeping so I was taking Valerian Root to help calm me and get me to sleep; didn't know the dangers of Valerian Root and so I went to the hospital and asked for help.

Moreover, this is a common occurrence among empaths, viz. Lincoln, Jung, Pauli, Einstein, etc. See, the empath is seeing it from your eyes.....which overloads them with data. Hence the validity of the saying "people like you are the reason that people need help in the first place." Have rid myself of the anxieties that used to plague my every day existence, but there is not one day that passes that I don't hear some clown speak of this day in my life. Which is a complement, for it is rooted in envy/ego. The hole in the psyche is a gift and it is often what takes people to the top, because most are stuck in the delusion of the ego mind.

So would I rather be in a category of the likes of Einstein, Pauli, Jung, Lincoln or a couple of delusional clowns who can't make it happen for themselves.......You decide.

That STREET upgrade is worth about as much as the paper it was written on, don't look to much into it.

I would say the short interest that does exist is just a hedge.
