Does anyone know once the R and O is written, how much time it usually takes before the take a vote to approve it?
Wow manage 200 bin and have about $70,000 in our stock. Not a real champion of our stock.
The only thing I can seen analysts harping about in the GAAP gross margin of 43.8%. I thought that gross margins were suppose to be no lower than mid 40's. Although not sure if this was based on Non GAAP or GAAP. Looks like it should be headed over 30 in the next 2 months.
I'd have to say, your probably right. The last 3 years or so, I can't remember a time it popped after reporting.
The FCC has a process. There can be no R and O until after tomorrow, which is the day for responses to Ex Partes. If no response or worthless ones then they can proceed to do R and O. However if there are responses we may have to wait for the FCC to decide if there are any merits to them. I'm still hoping we get the R and O by next week, but who know at this point.
The risk with selling now though is if it pops 15-20% in after hours because of breakout earnings. I seen that happen too. I believe back in 2010 with this stock.
I have had my stop limit order actually take affect in afterhours. So you would protect your gains, however, if they run the stock down below you stop limit order before numbers come out and then they report great numbers you would have sold out and participated in rise. Seen that happen with this stock also.
Still say the stop limit should be used, if it goes higher great. If it goes down, you protect your profits.
Grade you never know with this stock. I have seen it beat big on Revenues, EPS, and guidance and still go down because margins were a little less than then pundits wanted. Its hard to say, but it has went up almost 40% over the last two months. I expect it to go up tomorrow, but beware I'm usually wrong. lol
You just may be right. It does make more sense that some big player is buying at these low levels, than the shorts bringing it down. Now if we go below say 2.30 then maybe the shorts are in control.
Word of caution, don't get to in love with this stock. I can see it possibly getting back to 40 if they get Samsung. However, as far as Apple goes. it will be very hard for them to surpass the numbers of the I-Phone 6 when the I-Phone 7 comes out. Some analyst are saying they think Apple will tank the latter part of this year. I-Pad going down, I don't think the I-Watch will be that big of item. They still need to get other big customers besides Apple to really rocket up. Also the light bulbs to date have been a big flop. I do hope it goes to the moon, and if I see some good things in cc, I might get back in for the ride. Just been burnt to many times with this stock.
