Your connecting what Craig Audet said, to Health Canadas' definitions is unclear. From what you wrote it seems that Audet did not specifically say Notice of Deficiency. Are you saying that THAT is what he meant, because of your reading of Canadas' definition of the term ? I don't see how a clear connection is made between what he said, and what Canada uses as a definition. Want to clarify that?
Much more of a volume pace than usual.
More evidence that the short scheme to cover shares hasn't worked, and isn't, working. The trickle of shares their covering is not the volume they need. They will either do a flash crash, or get taken out by some paradigm shifting news.
From a follow up articlke this morning regarding Barclays dark pool operations.
"Last October, managers told an employee in Barclays (BARC) Plc's trading unit to keep from clients a report showing the bank routed most of their dark pool orders to itself, according to the New York attorney general.
He refused, Eric Schneiderman said, and was fired the next day."
Don't hink that this won't have dark pool investors thinking not just about how Barclays scammed them, but how others are probaly scamming them too. May force some Big investment banks to sell, or cover , in order to raise money to ride out legal challenges, or loss of business.
I'm looking at each of Mikezzz messages for yesterday, and today. Did a search too. No such message
I just went there and I don't see that post. I see a post from mikezzz, but it has nothing to do with the script numbers. what's the post number ?
Good call, but habve you always had the letter i between ed and martino ? First time I noticed it.
Didn't even break 3 millions shares. Shorts can't cover if no one wants to play with them.
That's #$%$. Longs are always happy to promote the hell out of their winners. You obviously don't know Jack #$%$.
Lots of Barclays clients are cutting the cord with Barclays, and their Darkpool trading operations, because Barclays lied to them. But I'm guessing that what Barclays' did was standard operating procedure with each investment banks darkpool trade department. , if there is such a thing. I know that trades are made via darkpools. I just don't know if there are specific departments that handle these trades exclusively.
But if clients are cutting the Barclays" darkpool cord , what other investment banks darkpool operations cord will they cut ?
400,000 shares per hour traded is just market maker churn.
