Burg, Ihub sucks,, I was just reading the I N O BOARD and rumours are flying that ITMN Just got bought out for 80 bucks, I find that hard to believe so I came here to see the scuttlebutt. I hate rumours.
Stockport, you have that wrong , yes, we care about our pets and animals in general and wish the company well but this is the stock market and we care about stock price appreciation,, as in higher stock price.
You may be right but they were quoted as saying they are helping ITMN sort through bids and than to downgrade us is ridiculous. It sounds like they don't communicate within departments at Goldman's and makes them look stupid. Morgan Stanley would be more than happy to handle the bids.imo
Sentiment: Strong Buy
I told them ICPT board posters that we may be gunning for ICPT Monday and they kicked me off the board, (figuratively speaking),
I got caught up in the hype pre- market ,,something I never do is buy in AH ,,well I bought because I believe the potential of demand is explosive. Possibly all adult males are potential could be users of this product, there fore I'm now a long term shareholder. Jmo
I'm, same thing happened yesterday in AH but no follow through. Does anyone here think a bad earning report is already priced in?? I sold half my position today at a 30% loss but would buy it back within 30 days if we get below 4.25. Would this be considered a wash sale if I bought back within 30 days? Forgot how a wash trade works.
I could not get the whole article to load but the source is FIDELITY. TRY Googling this Article. Yahoo does a poor job at keeping up with news or some parties don't want it to be seen. There is also a proxy statement for voting directors in next conference call in October and voting for CEO compensation. He is getting 650,000 annually plus options. You can vote now. Another news article that does not show up at Yahoo. I wonder why these certain parties are trying to keep news about CONTRACTS AND PROXY VOTING NEW SILENT. JIM BUT NEES ARTICLES AND CONTRACT ARE FACT.

Texas City Goes High-Tech to Limit Water Loss
BY Dow Jones & Company, Inc.

As the Southwest U.S. grapples with a devastating drought, one Texas city is undertaking an experiment to conserve its rapidly depleting water supply.
Wichita Falls is mixing a biodegradable polymer with water and applying it to the surface of the Lake Arrowhead reservoir in hopes of reducing the rate of evaporation by about 10%. The particles--made from hydrated lime and an extract of palm oil--form a molecular net that impedes water from escaping into the air.
The city of about 105,000 people already had taken extreme measures to cope with the drought. It now gets about five million gallons of drinking water a day from treated wastewater effluent--a process dubbed "toilet-to-tap." Carwashes must close two days each week and restaurants aren't allowed to serve patrons water with meals unless requested. The thirsty city also is attempting to stimulate rainfall through cloud seeding.
"If we didn't have conservation and reuse measures in place we would have already been out of water," said Daniel Nix, Wichita Falls' utilities operations manager.
While the entire U.S. Southwest has been suffering a serious drought in recent years, "the places that are having the most difficulty are places like Wichita Falls, where they're almost entirely reliant on surface water," said John Nielsen-Gammon, the Texas state climatologist.
The Lake Arrowhead reservoir, which had a surface area of 5,725 acres as of Monday, has dropped by 3 feet 9 inches in depth over the past year.
The evaporation-reduction polymer, called WaterSavr, is made by Illinois-based Flexible Solutions International Inc. (FSI
) It has been applied in a handful of place
FLAVIN, BETWEEN 5-9 , well I would not call that a drift, that's over a 80% spread. This POS is toast.imo
Ram, right there with you. Down 28% as the energy sector is getting slammed and MAGNUM HUNTER is their red headed step child. I just hope an earnings miss is priced in the stock already. What a mistake this venture was/is.
It looks like they brought down their numbers going onto earnings than guided higher. Shook out some weak hands also. Jmo
