not a biotech company. Just released earnings, so there really is nothing to make sense of this unless someone is willing to pay way up to buy it out.
I'm writing a letter on this BS move. No position, but I see them going after traders for nothing close to this level of manipulation.
Just google Concordia Insider buying. Because it's a Canadian stock listing as well, they are buying the Canadian shares (they are the same).
Wayne Walter Kreppner - President, COO - 3,000 shares
Mark Laurence - CEO, Chairman of Board - 23,150 shares
Rochelle Fuhrmann - Director - 2,000 shares
Edward Borkowski - Director - 4,000 shares
They probably sold in the neighborhood of 21-23Million of RB4 in September (out of 39 million in sales, I'm guessing RB4 was about 55-60% of sales. They sold more than that in October per the conference call. They should easily hit about 50-60 million in RB4 sales for the quarter, plus maybe 25-30 million in other products.
I believe they guided 6.20 to 6.77 or something.
I bought 1000 from 23.04 in US stock in my IRA. I fee like this could be one of those trades you just hold forever. I'll probably hold until we go below 25 or half if we go over 125. I'd like to hold the rest until the fundamentals change for the worse. As of right now this is about a $70-80 stock, if they pay down debt, increase dividend, we are easily looking at a $100 stock. Great growth and profit and the market cap is only 1.3 billion. They will generate like 500 million plus in free cash.
Pretty solid numbers for the little company that couldn't. Should easily get close to 250K units sold for the first month. Not bad.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
CEO just bought about 1 million dollars worth of stock, or 23,500 shares around $43. This stock is a steal here, possibly buyout if it stays this low for much longer.
Amazon is rated on units sold, not revenue.
s the Amazon Bestsellers Rank is relative to other products in a category, an increase in sales alone isn’t enough to increase rankings. To increase the Bestsellers Rank, your product must sell more units than other products in your category. This means that if there’s a sudden influx in overall sales in Juicing Machines, and everyone in that category starts to sell more products, the sellers may not see jumps in their Bestsellers Rank, as they might have hoped.
agreed, this will probably start to move up a few weeks before earnings, unless Darren announces preliminary sales data, but even if it's good, which from the conference call and sales numbers it appears to be, he is too incompetent to something that would benefit the stock price.
Look it up on VGZcharts for the 180k+ in sales. The black friday deal for Target, Fry's and Gamestop are all over the place. They have this great thing called google where you can search for information. The 220K to 320k in sales from 10/17 to 12/31 is my opinion only. The band in the box bundle has been sitting solidly at around 40-60 on the Amazon rankings, and given its high price tag, that is very good. They should have between 225K-250K units sold by end of October world wide. Black Friday and the holiday season should be big for this family friendly game. Should be a very merry xmas for this stock. Too bad we have to wait until February to reap the rewards.
Why not put out a press release on the Target deal with special guitar? Even if he couldn't mention it before it became public news, why not mention it once Target put out it's adds? Because he is Darren "the Baboon" Richardson, that is why.
Unfortunately I don't think that greedy pig Darren will ever cancel the ATM. He really is a buffoon. I think he's a fairly good salesman, with some of the deals he puts together, but he has the financial aptitude of a baboon, and that may be giving Baboons a bad name. With that said, I thought 70 million would be the sales number prior to RB4 results, now that they are out, I think next quarter will be 85-100 million, with higher margin products contributing a greater share of the revenue than last quarter. Even better, their fixed costs won't change much. The extra 50-60 million for RB4 over last quarter should contribute about .13 to .15 cents per share minimum on top of the .2 cents they earned last quarter. Add in higher margin Tritton and Saitek sales, and I think .15 is definitely the minimum EPS. There is a outside chance with a product like RB4 that they could do well over 100 million, but i'm trying to be conservative.
Other Black Friday deals include Fry's (2 tritton headsets) and Gamestop (Guitar Bundle). Walmart is not doing Black Friday this year and Best Buy is only offering Guitar Hero LIve.
people are nuts, they have already sold 180k+ units, plus they are going to be a black Friday deal for target, where Target is subsidizing the rock band band in the box bundles. How is this not incredible news. With 1,799 stores, they will probably have between 50 and 100 units per store for Black Friday.
