I couldn't find "dince" anywhere. Is English your second language? Perhaps you can clarify what it means.

Don't you have iHub to be spamming with your cut and paste drivel "Frown AOT doesn't work"?

And actually, you have no idea what has passed through the AOT.. another lie, like management spews.
    - The valves could be shut off.
    - The AOT is NOT mounted directly on the line handling all the flow, but an isolated bypass.

Fact of the matter is anyways, it wouldn't matter if a billion dollars of oil flowed through it in the last 5 minutes. Fact is, come October 15th this joke is all over and done with. Watch the PPS crater the closer it gets. You better start selling those hundreds and hundreds and millions of shares you supposedly have ROTFLMAO!

How has the company struggled (insiders) with bloated paycheques and massive warrant packages? If that's 'struggling', then I'd like a piece of the struggle!

The basic fact is, they LIE. They LIE repeatedly as has been proven repeatedly. End of story.

If you are still holding after a CANCELLATION of this lease, the LATEST in a long string of CANCELLATIONS of supposed contracts or distributors, or future profitability..etc..etc over lie after lie over 14 years, then you truly in every sense of the word are a hopeless case, and need your head examined. Amazing that a company and it's revolving door of CEO's can outright lie time and time again, kick shareholders straight in the nuts time and time again, and some still ask for more!

Borrowed a post from your persona on iHub? You bi-polar?

Which means nothing now TCPL has terminated the lease. Anything else totally irrelevant you have?

New 52 week low coming up. In dphandjob land terminated=good, low pps=priceless!

Cecil thanks you for waiting to sell your hundreds and hundreds of thousands of shares until after he is done unloading. Pathetic and desperate you are now resorting to lying with a fantasy person a to get people to buy... beg... beg...

If you could read, you would see this lease had an option to extend the lease for a further 7 years. TCPL instead chose to terminate the lease. Only in do #$%$ delusion land does a lease termination equal good news.

Of which 46 are for the zefs, the device this company had the sec halt trading over for false claims. No-one has found more than 2 pertaining to the aot.. and even then, it's just on their design, nothing proprietary. Any more myths, half truths, and outright lies you wish for me to shoot down?

Sorry, you are right. To state you might have half a brain is presumptuous.
When TCPL extends the lease that they had an option to extend 7 years, but instead TERMINATED? That lease? That the one you jabbering about?

Phenomenal data? Like the Electra gaining 30% more efficiency out of an engine 98-99% efficient already? Bet you swallowed that one too.. INTER - NATIONAL!

Oh no dphandjob aka frown aot doesn't work, I do understand nda's dince I have previously been under them. As usual, you miss the point that its laughable that stwa needs them. Supposedly this is a lease with option to purchase that tcpl CANCELED. Stwa makes claims on it's website like all the testing is done.. so laughably, why does stwa insist on them? To keep people in the dark.

How are those hundreds and hundreds of thousands of shares doing lately lol? You should have taken the same advice JT the felching king needed to take.. 'shoulda been listening instead of talking ' rotflmao!!!!!

Anyone with half a brain knows if a lease has a set time termination clause that the lease is still active until that timeframe ends. Its pretty basic and simple. However you want to try and spin it, the lease was cancelled.

Humorous you also need to lie on ihub stating you have hundreds of thousands of shares like that makes your blatherings somehow more factual. It reeks of desperation if you need to try to lie to be taken seriously.. pretty pathetic.

TCPL was a lease, in which TCPL seemed to want to see for themselves, under THEIR control, if this worked or not. Result? TERMINATION of the lease 1/3 of the way through.. that is a fact.

"Yes it seems delusional to announce such gibberish" Yup, after 14 years it very much is gibberish.

Wow.. just wow.. "don't phone.. you don't need to know anything.. just Buuuuuyyy.. trust me!" -DPhandjob.

Convenient for STWA to have all these NDA's to defer to isn't it? "sorry, can't tell you anything.. just 'trust' us".

Anyone that has stuck in this for 14 years through 7 years of lie after lie (proven), and 7 failed devices that have not sold a single thing needs their heads examined. Mike, think about it.. read all the companies NR's since 2006 (you can find older ones searching online but company only goes back that far) and lal the claims made on amazing results, distributors, SALES coming up.. and picture DPhanjob here posting on Yahoo.. do you think that on EVERY device he wasn't saying the exact same thing?

For a good laugh check back when they were to receive some award by some councilman.. and they were pumping that hard... Back on the Elektra pump. They guy didn't show for a few days and they had TWO nr's out trying to explain the delay lol!

Watch for a flurry of BS nr's coming out towards October 15th. Probably about NDA's and how they can't mention much, but were 'excited' about the testing or something like that that the pumpers can run with.

I'm also surprised they would remove a productive device off of a working pipeline. Wouldn't the current pipeline company beg to keep it in use and pay for that use????

You have answered your own question. TCPL leased the device, then cancelled it 1/3 of the way through the lease. Within that lease they could have

    1) Bought that AOT they were leasing
    2) Opted to continue to lease the AOT for up to 7 more years ( they needed to decide on either of these choices before a 60 day period from the end of this lease)
    3) negotiated to lease or buy any number of AOT's without cancelling THIS lease since it only refers to the current SINGLE AOT they have. Yes, if it was so great they could have continued on with this lease and negotiated anything else they wanted to.

But, TCPL instead chose to TERMINATE the lease and gave their 90 days written notice. That says everything you need to know.

If you want some fun, go to the Santa Barbara courthouse website and search for "Kyte Bigger". You will see they are being sued for fraud and will appear towards the end of October.

A.) This is clearly a legit company... Been there!!!!! Know that!!!!!

    - Legit as in "has an actual office".. well of course they do.. need to look legit to rake in those paycheques and warrants for doing NOTHING every year!

B.) The press releases are not written for you and I. They are written for the industry people to make sense to and be understood by. That does not mean that it is not important for you and I to try to understand how it all fits in the long scheme of things... but we must be a bit more sophisticated and knowledgeable about it too.

    - Hah hah! Like the LG Partners lie.. the Burns factory installation lie, the China testing lies, the RMOTC joke.. No DPhandjob, these were written EXACTLY for guys like you lol!

C.) I cannot blame a young girl to giggle about a question like that.... (''.....there even was an office).... THINK. A contract with two of the biggest pipeline operators in the world with a working AOT on a major pipeline in Wichita K.C....oh come on, you have to ask a better question than that one bud.

    - Ya, every professional company has a twit manning the phones and has taken down IR phone number so they can be COMPLETELY in the fog.

D.) They (STWA) are under NDA contract terms... that means Non Disclosure Agreement. Go to the Securities Exchange Commissions website, and you will find pilot contract agreements with TransCanada and Kinder Morgan. Ya Google them why don't ya.

    - You will find an agreement to LEASE the AOT, which TCPL elected to TERMINATE 1/3 into the lease. This is not a 'pilot' of anything. Maybe you were thinking of Cecil's past job.

E.) Do not put yourself in position to be criticized with subtle posts of ineptness via STWA's current persona and perception.

    - Ummm... ya... OK.. whatever that jibberish means..

F.) The grade you get from me for how you came across on your first post about a company that I confidently will speculate will be BIGGER that you could even dream....

    - Wow.. DPHANDJOB blessed! PPS dooownn

#$%$! Where ya been hiding man!

    Mike, run for the hills.

    - TCPL was a LEASE agreement. They had to lease it from STWA in order to test it. This LEASE specifies a serial number to that ONE AOT. TCPL TERMINATED, as in HASTA LA VISTA BABY the lease and gave 90 days notice. This shows how well it went. There is NO EXCUSE for that. If TCPL wanted to negotiate anything, they could have as the lease and corresponding price for THAT UNIT was ONLY for that one unit. The LEASE also stated within 60 days of the end of the agreement, TCPL could either buy that ONE AOT, or extend the lease for up to 7 years. TCPL chose to TERMINATE the lease.

    - If you have been in this for a while, THINK. Has ANY of their claims EVER come to be true or sold a SINGLE device out of the 7 prior to the AOT? Already this group is talking about other products.. why do you think that is? Why has the ELektra not been sold (the rights), or another company contracted to build and sell them with STWA taking a royalty off each? Because NONE OF IT WORKS.

    - Cecil, the CEO of the company along with Bigger voted to give themselves a MASSIVE increase in options at $.29 average while normal people paid $1.40 for shares... MILLIONS of warrants. They also increased their salaries after having blown through a HUNDRED MILLION in shareholder money and not selling a SINGLE THING. Where is Cecil now???? Quit? Fired? Now that he is no longer CEO, he can SELL SELL SELL without any disclosure. What has the share price done since he left?
