"Two words: INTER NATIONAL!" (even though it's one word, but we can forgive DP for his ignorance which is apparent)
How is that working out for ya DP? How is the Elektra panning out? Doing as good as Cecil and Tao said it would?
    What? Cecil who?

I have one word for you which is MUCH more important. That word for you today after this NR is "DILUTION". These pigs are running out of green at the trough and it's time to fill up before it becomes apparent AOT is yet another failure. It will allow them to buy time before the blood device.

"maybe 20".. more DPhandjob speculation with no bearing in reality.. more pumping to try and get more buyers in. Seriously, if a stock needs rabid tools like DPhandjob out pumping, it is best avoiding.

Why the delay in the payment DP? Why does the company need to release such ridiculous things to it's supporters like this? Was the payment a surprise? Was this truly their first revenues when supposedly they have had deals for the last decade plus, and had received a whopping 69 grand one year?
How many more warrants have they been blowing out this quarter at 1/3 the going rate or less? Nimmo still involved in this?

I'll change this so it is applicable to any of the 7 previous failed devices based on this laughable tech.

"The risk is huge. If this (insert name of any device) really works and it must, or they would not have (signed a distribution contract, installed one in LG Partners line, installed one in a Burn's facility, gotten rave reviews, had Erin Brokovitch as a shill, had China installing in an operational line.. etc..). There is a lot dirt to dish out if anyone cares to look, looking to promote there (their) idea to provide a service and a money saving product sounds like the American way to me even though this really has no bearing on anything. I know the risk. I probably will lose all of my money based on past results from this group. If all goes well this stock might be able to justify it's present market cap, and a lot of us will be wondering why we were for waiting. GLTA"

    You don't beg?

    "''Buy$$$$$$!!!!!!!''
    ....and Hold"

..sure sounds like it to me. You read and get excited about the companies NR's? Well why don't you answer or you take it all at face value like the other 7 failed devices and their NR's? Why don't you answer about the following NR's?
    - CHina
    - Burns running elektra in a facility
    - LG Partners not existing
    - Why Cecil is gone
    - Why Tim Nimmo was given Africa
    - Pumping PRCI as a success when the PRCI says it was anything but.

    I won't hold my breath.

Have you yet DPHandjob? Call the PRCI yet? find out where China is and why that went silent yet? Talk to Burns to verify that NR? Find anything else out about LG Partners? Talk to Tim Nimmo yet to find out his qualifications and what he used to do for STWA? Find out why they again missed the oil show in Calgary? Find out why they are not in the world pipeline expo coming up? Get a youtube video of Bjorn's presentation yet?

    Didn't think so..

The shill comes back. Funny how the people pointing out all the problems with this company never tell people to sell, just what to be paying attention to, but shills like DPhandjob come on here begging people to buy. That says something. You see these bagholders are under water, watching the PPS going down, and desperately want others to come in and prop up the share prices. Either that, or a bit of volume so they can exit. Ask yourself, if this was so great.. why so many selling on this supposed cusp of greatness? Why? Because it's the same thing that has been going on for over a decade. Where is China at boys? Find anything on LG Partners yet?

The 'dd king' ruminated on who it is dumping shares. First, what does it matter who it is when supposedly everyone should be holding for this potential greatness? Doesn't someone always wonder in penny stock land who it could possibly be selling their great stock lol? What does this twit expect to happen when millions of warrants are blown out at below 30 cents? Funny how the stock dumping happens not only after a delayed testing, but after a highly stock compensated insider leaves the company.

    P.S. Lube,
    - what happened to China? It's not mentioned anymore. If it was a success where are the orders and why would TCPL be testing instead of placing an order? Why is the company hiding China?
    - What happened to Cecil? Why would a CEO leave on the cusp of supposed greatness, validation, and money? Why would he give up his gravy options? I think the answer is, he wouldn't.. so why was he fired?
    - Why if this is so great is the company still blowing out warrants at under $0.30 vs getting actual financing?

Zipped tight lips? That what Cecil had when he let all you guys know of the TCPL deal prior to it being public knowledge? When Jane asked you guys all to sign your NDA's for a simple meet and greet in England? It's funny how you cannot bare to just keep to yourself, but instead come here and on boards to try and amaze others with your supposed clairvoyance, which is simply the results of illegal leaking by insiders isn't it?
Funny how you make the silence from IR to be a thing to be happy about.. like it's IR's job to be quiet instead of the fact NOTHING is going on.. like China.. like Japan and all the other places this joke has been... lol! Hey Mig, can ya tell us all why NONE of the TCPL monthly payments have shown up in STWA's quarterly?

Now they have authorized another 50%/100million shares, you can bet the warrant gravy train will be going for a while for these guys. The average price they were sold shows how much value they put on the stock, and how much value others do to only get that price.. and that doesn't take into account that is still HUGELY inflated because it would be a 4x return for the lucky warrant holders, and therefore propped it up to even $0.27.

2013 share blowout. 20,041,679 options blown out at an average weighted price of $0.27 per share, with only 268,229 at fair market value.. 3,520,000 shares of common stock at $0.25 went to Cecil.

Warrants outstanding at December 2013 = 11,763,966 at an average price of $0.31.

Same old same old gravy train.

    Cecil Kyte:

"On November 15, 2013, Cecil Kyte voluntarily resigned as a Director, Chairman of the Board, a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and CEO. Subject to terms of Mr. Kyte’s separation agreement, Kyte will receive severance pay equal to one-year’s salary ($350,000) paid in 24 equal installments ($14,853), subject to all applicable tax withholdings, beginning November 30, 2013 through November 15, 2014. The Company recognized an expense of $350,000 for severance pay plus $14,315 in deferred payroll taxes. As of December 31, 2013, the Company had paid $44,559 of the severance pay and $997 of deferred payroll taxes. The severance pay balance of $305,441 and deferred payroll tax balance of $13,318 as of December 31, 2013 are reported liabilities in Company’s balance sheet as Accrued Expense and Accounts Payable – Related Parties.

At the time of separation, Mr. Kyte held unvested options which had been issued in January 2011 to purchase 10,560,000 shares of common stock at $0.25 per share, of which 3,520,000 shares were due to vest in January 2014. The remaining 7,040,000 shares were due to fully vest by January 2016. Under terms of the separation agreement, the Company accelerated vesting as of the date of separation on the 3,520,000 shares due to vest in January 2014. "

Nice.. cuz he did such a great job with the Elektra. Amazing that in September of 2013 they gave Kyte a raise to $350k, then he is gone and takes that pay as severance over the next year (2014)... just 2.5 months after inking this agreement.

Why didn't they get rid of all the SEMA guys who thought all these devices like the Elektra, catmate, ecoChargr, Zefs..etc were actually marketable devices in the real world? What does it say about those guys ability to work in shareholders interests when they allow the company to continue to blow money on sham devices other scientists completely blast as a joke?
