The industry saw the light alright! But the light turned out to be the exit sign!

    TCPL cancels agreement

Why don't you post (since you read it of course) the relevant parts stating this? Laughable you guys see some post somewhere from some paid pumper and you run with it as fact without even checking into it yourself.. I guess this is how these schemes work though.. with the uneducated and willfully ignorant.
The terms of a continuance were spelled out in the original contract. There is no need to renegotiate, or anything. Yet TCPL simply chose to cancel the contract. Nice try though. DO you guys have ANYTHING other than fantasy and lies? One single fact anywhere, anytime?

Just curious if your friend also mentioned what would happen if the industry didn't want the magic white pipe and cancelled their contract to test it?
    Still having fun?

"Lease payments shall commence on the Commencement Date and be made during both the Initial and Extended Terms of the Lease at the rate of $20,000 per month; provided however, that in the event the Equipment is removed from service at its initial location during the Initial Term, the monthly lease payments shall be reduced to $5,000 until the Equipment is placed back in service at its new location, at which time the Lease payments shall resume at $20,000 per month"

So they dropped the lease amount to 1/3 of what TCPL got suckered into. Not only that, but if they remove the device from the line at any time during the lease, it drops to 1/12 of what TCPL got suckered into. Sounds to me like STWA rushed into this as fast as possible under far less lucrative terms when they saw the writing on the wall with TCPL. Pretty soon I'll be able to lease an AOT and install it on my sewage line to see if it makes the #$%$ flow as fast as from this company.

    cons_have_knee_burnz cons_have_knee_burnz Jul 22, 2014 1:16 PM Flag

Key points as I see it:
"working to expedite the required testing"
PRCI talked about Tao moving the device around, changing where it was tested..etc..etc.. to the point the results or the test became such a mess, nothing could be gleaned from the data in their testing. Lack of a starting baseline ad grade 10 science student knows about being one of the main issues. I think this statement either means TCPL got sick of the same thing by STWA, and served notice to cancel the contract to get them moving, or it failed and there is no point in dragging it on and allowing STWA access to their line and having to divert their flow to this device.

"believes the full term of the lease is unnecessary to successfully complete testing"
Pumpers will probably say this means it was a raging success.. But TCPL would among other things want to determine the longevity, wear..etc of things like the internal parts and mesh as well as all other aspects of the assembly. They wouldn't simply turn it on, say it works, then move forward a week later. They would need to know what they are getting into with regards to maintenance and other issues. I think this points to the fact it just simply didn't work. Because if that was the case, there would be no benefit to waiting longer to see if some sort of miracle happened.

But, because of NDA (just like the company wants), investors will never know for sure what it is until Oct. 15th. Look for a huge warrant sale right away before this date to fill the coffers.

"By letter from TransCanada to the Company, dated July 15, 2014, TransCanada notified the Company of TransCanada's election to cancel the Lease, effective October 15, 2014 ("Notice of Termination"). In exercising its termination right under the Lease, TransCanada stated: "The justification for the early termination is due to the project working to expedite the required testing and believes the full term of the lease is unnecessary to successfully complete testing"

So the choice for TCPL was to continue the lease, or purchase. But they elected to provide written notice of cancellation. Basically they have seen enough.

The EXACT same thing was said about the Elektra word for word pretty well. Manufacturing in place, contracts in place.. listed patents all over.. but a funny thing happened.. NOTHING SOLD. contracts vaporized, patents useless for something that doesn't work.. so the company adapted. Instead of actually posting patents anymore, just post a number of patents.. instead of posting contracts as NR's and explanations (no matter how laughable) as to why they fail, have everything under NDA from now on... keep as much in the dark as possible. There is a reason why STWA changed the way they report things.Thing is, no-one knows WHO the NDA's are with.. could be any joe schnmoe. Fact is, in the last year it has increased by 2 while the company tries to paint it as all new. The majority could be for the Elektra for all anyone knows.. They could be as legitimate as the "LG Partners" deal. Same way the company mentions patents to make the new reader assume they are all for the AOT, when 98% of them most certainly for the Elektra and Zefs and all other junk.
    But you keep trying guys.

"We've done that and we've been told the testing is successful.
    "
By who DP? I thought TCPL was under NDA as well as ZERO? PRCI said the testing was unsuccessful in their eyes and didn't warrant further funding. So where was it successful?
"We have multiple multinational oil & oil pipeline companies in NDA's" Can you give me an example of ONE other company that tests it's flagship product under NDA? Fact is this company wants to be able to control damage. What happened to China DP? Why can't any of you guys answer that?
"The AOT has passed every test it has encountered" It did not pass with the PRCI so this is an outright lie and fabrication by you pumpers. It did not pass scrutiny by the other scientists in the Guardian article as the Elektra. It did not pass scrutiny with Guilder. So please tell us which tests it 'did' pass?
"validated at Nano level ".. lol! How was it 'validated' exactly? The picture of magnetic field lines somehow 'validated' it? Tao also claimed the Elektra would make massive efficiency gains for fuel.. all lies... all shot down by peers. Tell me, has Tao ever published any of this tripe under peer review and had it accepted?
"AOT has achieved accreditation for hazardous location Class 1, Div. I. rated areas." Ouuu.. a piece of pipe has accreditation.. wow.. what a rare event! NOT! The fact you guys need to try to throw things like this around to dazzle the less informed shows something. Where is China DP?
"No fraud could ever pull that off" Realy? Buying a piece of pipe and having a pre-certified pipe certified for yourself? How does any of this point to the fact it's legitimate and works? NONE OF IT DOES! Wasn't the ZEFs certified for blah blah blah? Elektra? Mag CHargr? Were they not SO compliant then? If so, where can I buy any of these "proven" technologies Tao was all over?

  • cons_have_knee_burnz cons_have_knee_burnz Jul 21, 2014 1:28 PM Flag

Amusing you have nary a thought of your own rattling around that head of yours.. you have to re-post paid hacks all over to try and prop this up. But don't bother with the reality of things like what Michael Whelan in charge of the PRCI testing of this thing said. Much more important what random's thoughts are on the PRCI testing right? LOL!
ZERO won't uplist. Any tool can easily look at the requirements and see they are far short of about 90% of them. But I am sure the PR's will keep telling you it's 'on the horizon, and in the future' like everything else for the last decade.
Why was Cecil fired DP? Ask your buddy Random that one. If it was for any sort of illegal activity, the act of firing him will not get the company off the hook or simply make it go away. The fact the company has not made any sort of a disclosure why, shows that it's not something simple.
"SOX404 compliant". Do you even know what that is DP? It simply means a company centralizes and standardizes accounting. WOW! Big deal when a company actually does proper accounting eh? Fact is if they want to be listed, they have to be compliant in reporting. Doesn't mean there cannot be fraud. It has nothing to do with whether or not the companies products are junk, or they sell warrants at big overseas meets where they can skirt 'sophisticated investor' rules and say what they want behind closed doors. This company has blown a hundred million dollars of investor money on NOTHING but inflated salaries and stock warrants for insiders. Do you think they CARE about the relatively small cost of something like this to keep the gravy train and illusion of legitimacy going? Laughable! Tell me DP, has ZERO ever been audited? Or are their reports always 'unaudited'? If a company has over a 100 mil market cap, they have to comply by 404. Doing so is not some great act of merit on their behalf. Simply put, this does not address if the product a company has is valid or not. But they can keep the warrant gravy train.

Random is your source for quotes? lol!
'Hints' of good news? Why? Because they hired yet ANOTHER PR firm? What happened to the other 4 or so over the last year?
What about the 'hints' of bad news because of a long delay? What about 'hints' based off of what the PRCI said? You guys are laughable. But feel free to keep posting ANYTHING but facts DP... because ya have none. Funny how desperate you guys get with name calling and far-fetched fantasy when the PPS drops.
Did you find out why Cecil was canned? Why can the CEO who signed this deal while it is ongoing? That another 'hint' of good news?
And finally, did you ask Whacky to explain to you about his friend Tim Nimmo and what he does and/or did for STWA prior to his reward? What's absolutely laughable is there are guys like Whacky who hold their nose to the stench of what happens behind the scenes while they know full well all about it.. guys like Tedco that even as a lawyer, drops his integrity and morality and looks the other way when he knows what is going on as well.. and they tell you fools something different... and you listen and swallow it. Just remember these guys who will conveniently disappear soon.
