This mornings' action supported by huge volume indicates the market approves of OREX releasing the information and patent filing. The FDA objections have been discarded as bureaucratic meddling in the free markets and the actions taken by OREX are applauded.

This also shoots down any possibility of legal leaches coming in and successfully litigating a stockholder lawsuit seeking damages.

FDA penalties + lawsuits are going to follow

    arunpp,
I don't know about FDA penalties, but you can bet the farm those folks that lie for a living will be here next soliciting a stockholder suit.

No biggie though. The studies will be completed before any litigation can be concluded.

    jy,
With a volume over 50 million today, it looks to me the shorts have already covered.

  • It explains the 70 mil payment some were questioning here. It also means OREX has no need for additional financing this year. That is the only thing I can find that would explain todays action.

There's still 27,000,000 shares outstanding that most of which will need to cover. This ain't over by a long shot.

There is an article written you can read that shows up on Google Finance regarding that 70 mil payment. Most folks missed it but it sure looks like it sure was noticed this morning. With such a high short position on this stock, this should get real interesting!

Really? I'm not the one wasting my time explaining my response. You lose.

    rat,
Please give me a summary of your political views so that my response is evident to all who read this string of posts.

"Explain why you claim I am ideologically indoctrinated."

    rat,
I'm sorry, I had my head phones on when you asked that question and couldn't hear you. Could you please repeat the question?

"The irony is that kooktrarian is so ideologically indoctrinated that he is compelled to reject physics which is not the least bit legitimately controversial so hat he can be against Al Gore."

    rat,
What does "so hat he can be against " mean? Aren't you the self appointed spelling and grammar policeman on this board? Please respond with something that will restore my faith in your perfection.

    peda_file,
You're way out of your league. After that post, you'd be wise to shut up and listen.

It's the weekend and this has been historically a time when loons prevail on this forum. I'm especially impressed with pilo, who never takes a break from spewing his psychobabble. Then there is rat who thinks he's so smart that no one could possibly challenge his IQ. Last but not least ... is peda_file who is too stupid to even enter this conversation.

I'll excuse carson as a confused wannabe libertarian who hasn't a clue what he really is. I'll help him along in saying he;s nothing more than a loon who seems to want to change ... sometimes.

This is fun ... matching wits with idiots so ideologically indoctrinated in their beliefs that they mistake their ideology as intelligence while allowing this defect to insult their intelligence. I'm no Mensa guru myself, but god has blessed me with above average intelligence and complimented the gift with a degree of common sense these loons will never understand or feel threatened by.

There is no way any of these pompous intellectuals will ever outsmart this average puppet master while I manipulate everything they throw at me.

Lets start with you, rat. By your own description you are far more intelligent and flawless than anyone else here.

Wanna play intellectual chess ... ?

    pilo.
So, you have no idea about the context in which you question a complete house being stolen?
How do you "know" that neighbors were not within sight of the house?

Please tell me what a fine patriot and guardian of our constitution Barack Obama has been.
You can follow this up with a patriotic plug for Lois Lerner to drive home his unquestioned loon patriotic loyalty.

heh heh heh ... that darned constitution keeps getting in the way ... eh?

... you loons have real problem brewing.

    pilo,
#$%$ ... you explain it and don't bother me anymore with your stupid responses. Do you really believe your words will hide the fact that Oregon is the number one State harboring loons like you?

Smoke another joint and come back once you've mellowed. I would however, advise you to secure your residence first. No telling what kind of looney neighborhood you live in.

I'm still laughing an hour after reading this report.

If you happen to live in an area where everyone is a progressive loon practicing their marijuana freedoms, you might just want to secure your property more stringently than local codes require ...

    ******************************************************************************
A 1,200 square foot Oregon home disappeared from its foundation, and no one has any idea where it is.
Klamath County Sheriff Frank Skrah confirmed the Wow ... Really would like a incident at a press conference on Tuesday. So far, there do not seem to be any leads as to the house's location or how it seemingly vanished overnight.

"We had a complete home stolen. This isn't a motor home, this isn't a mobile home and this is a 'home,'" Skrah said, according to local NBC affiliate KOBI.

Thankfully, the owners were not in the home when it was stolen.

The town, Klamath Falls (population: 20,000), is located about 300 miles south of Portland.
    ******************************************************************************************

Wow ... that's some serious #$%$ those loons living in that town are smoking! An entire house is stolen off its foundation and everybody slept through it?

    Oregon of all places
lol ... You just can't make this stuff up.

You are exactly what our forefathers fled and later warned us about.
