The news media appears to enjoy the back and forth. An article by CNBC just came out stating...Oil heading for $30, currency war coming: Analysts.
I think volatility is here to stay for the short-term.
AEA had stated 42, but he removed his posting; and so, I'm not sure at what level we can call the actual bottom. Inventories surged last week based on the numbers. I would have thought oil would have a few consecutive down days, but we appear to have a dead cat bounce today.
We'll see if the bounce is real in the days to come.
I cannot believe that you just removed your response to how low oil will go in your opinion. You had stated 42. Do you have a new number now? Have we already found a bottom in your opinion?
I don't know why oil is back up today. It has to be a dead cat bounce as the oil excess inventory numbers were terrible.
