I'm not sure that is true. There is resistance to the upside right here. We may drop from here. It may be temporary, but we should drop if we don't break through resistance.
You are correct. I guess the big man thinks energy is attractive at these levels. I'm also getting ready to begin taking bites in the oil (energy) space. If these drop further, just take bigger bites.
Forget Apple...you can buy today and you can expect others to buy by tomorrow for the dividend.
It's time to plan a good short on TSLA for an earnings play today. Let's get a free Model X.
Expenses will likely knock the stock down hard after earnings. I'm a bit concerned about guidance though.
Forget Apple....My mouth has started watering for some oil. What do you guys think about taking my first drink of XOM (Exxon) around these levels. If it falls lower, I would just buy pyramid style.
I do understand that things are rough for oil right now (China slowdown, oversupply, increased rig count, etc), but at these levels, do you fault me for being a little thirsty?
Puerto Rico may tank the market on Monday if it in fact defaults as it is looking increasingly likely to do so.
Be careful with Apple and any other long positions.
Forget Apple, it's not moving much except for downwards.
What's your take on the oil stocks? I will hold off for a little while longer, but it is time to buy heavyweights such as Exxon and the oil indices soon.
Playing the oil indices works out well because oil tends to go up and down unlike stocks which may never come back down or up. You may have to be patient though.
That's sort of my thoughts on it as far as the big run-up already. I still think it will pop after earnings but may come down a few days afterwards. It's just a bit risky considering all the new businesses that it is getting into (tough to guage the costs involved).
Thanks for sharing your thoughts.
That is true. You trade incredibly well. I know to modify my own short-term trades when they go against yours.
If you're done with fruit loops games, what's you're earnings call on AMZN? Where will the stock price close in after-hours (best guess)? I believe you are long AMZN.
You had closed out the Bought 600c AAPL JUL24 2015 133 PUT at 3.38 a few minutes prior to the market close yesterday.
What's your earnings play on AMZN and PCLN? They've been on fire as of late. Apple seems to be struggling.
